Golfer Reviews
Good value
I started at 10:30 and was done Before 1pm. The tee boxes were in very good shape along with the fairways. The bunkers were hard due to all the rain we've had recently. My only issue were the greens were in good shape but were very slow. I'm not sure what the mowing and maintance of the greens were last done but that truely was my only issue. Beside's that it's a very well laid out course.
Good course, slow greens
Considering the tornado and hurricane flooding, the course has grass everywhere. The layout is nice. The greens were slow and not cut. Putting was tough because it is hard to putt as hard as the slow greens called for. Putts were short all day.
I will play there again.
Plenty of nicer courses in area
Only reason we played was because we had a $ 30.00 coupon. Course in pitiful shape. Decent layout but course conditions were terrible. Wouldn't pay $ 30.00 ever again to play this place.
Very Pleasant
Fairways nice and cushiony. Greens in very good shape, slower than they looked. Some Tee boxes needed cutting.
There were some confusing directional signs or lack of on a few holes. Liked the course comfort and lack of weeds in fairways and greens, as compared to other courses north amd north east of this one. Definitely on my play list going forward
Good value
They've done alot of good work on the course since I last played it (September 25). Only complaint I have is the greens were rather fuzzy. Perhaps I caught them on a day that they weren't mowed. I'll definitely play again.
Hot & windy!!!!
We played, and it was one of the hottest days and very windy! The course was in great shape, considering We will be back!
Greens need a couple weeks to heal up. Staff was good would play again.
Great day
A friend and I enjoyed a good pace, no waiting, round of golf. The grass is growing again thanks to some rain. The course was a treat. We will be back again soon.
On the improvement trek
Recently reopened after tornado damage. Fairways still a little spotty, but greens are coming back nicely. Clubhouse under reconstruction.
Golfnow t times
with the Fl heat this time of year, it would be nice if they would put a couple of the value t times much earlier than 10:51, some of us seniors have difficulty in extremely hot conditions, i hope management will do something about this as we enjoy the course and travel a ways to play there
Golf at The Plantation.
Unfortunately it had a lot of rain over the past few days but stood up well. We kept to the card path as directed and it was necessary because some areas had not completely drained. Overall improving and worth playing! it is similar to my course in the UK called Bransford Golf Club in Worcestershire!
The course has potential.
It’s apparent they are trying to revive the course, but currently it’s in rough shape.
Course needs repair from huŕicanes etc
This course had extensive damage and is still recovering
The staff is excellent, several holes are in very good shape. Future of the course looks excellent. Give it a try but also give nature and the excellent crew time to repair.
Plantation
I want to give an honest review. The course the greens etc were in terrible shape. That being said this course was damaged from the hurricane. I look forward when it is all repaired.
Buildings are being updated too. So let's give it time
Only bad review was this One. I played there couple weeks ago and course was great. Prob course kicked his butt and as u know it's always the courses fault. Disregard this guys review. Go play this course.
