Rosen Shingle Creek

Course would have been really good however greens had been aerated recently and were not healthy yet. Still were very bumpy with visible holes. Should have been mentioned when booking tee time. I would not have booked if known the greens had been aerated.

First time golfing at Shingle Creek. Great course. Nice layout. Good conditions. Got a hot deal on Golf Now. Great value

The fairways are in great shape. Some of the tee boxes need some grass, very bare. The greens were in good shape but haven't recovered from aerification yet, still bumpy. Worth the money I paid for the round.

The beverage cart didn’t show up until 10:30. We were only 2 holes to finish. Not what I would expect at a Rosen hotel. Shame.

Aerification Alert shoulda probably still been on, I know they punched around a month ago, but still pretty obviousy and bumpy. Tee boxes a bit bare. Course is nice enough though, and the staff was fantastic.

Shingle Creek is one of the better options in Central Florida. The course is always in great shape and the staff are very helpful and personable.

It was the longest most painful round I've had in quite awhile. It took the Marshall until the back nine to have the group ahead of us speed up. Once they were confronted they purposely played even slower. Course is beautiful and a lot of fun, ruined by a rude 4some.

Cart path only…. And not sure why the course was not wet. But it resulted in a long day 5+ hours round. The layout and color edition were very good but couldn’t really enjoy them due to the pace of play.

Will try again later this year.

A disappointing visit. We knew the course had been holllow tined, but the drop in rates meant the course was rammed with hackers. Marshall’s totally ineffective.

The food post round was over cooked and we would have sent it back if we weren’t in a rush for the airport.

Would not play again in these circumstances. Might come back, not sure.

Would've been a 5 star review, but a couple things dropped a star.

Cheap rate cause of aerification. Slow players took advantage of rate. Course marshal did not seem concerned about the slow play since the slow 3some was playing a 4 hour round. Caused each of 3 groups behind them to wait 4 to 5 minutes between shots.

Back nine was cart path only due to heavy rains.

Restaurant staff, service, and food great.

Would be good to know greens aereated prior to playing. Was very wet cartpath only.
