We had a great day at Crandom. The condition of the course is very good, though not excellent. The amenities could be better. We received excellent service from the staff.

This course has a great setting and is prime for an elite level course. I can easily see why it USED to hold a senior PGA tournament. I say used to because the current conditions are bare minimum muni course acceptance level. The layout and setting however are great. Set on Biscayne island, just driving in you know you’re in a special place. Numerous water hazards and forced carries throughout the track keep things scenic and challenging. Add in a view views of the Miami skyline and you have a winning combination.

However the course conditions are just average at best. Greens are large and mainly roll true at a medium pace. Fairways are generously wide but were dodgy throughout with bare a patchy areas. Sand traps were all in decent condition. Tee boxes are level with most having adequate coverage

The price is premium and for that I’d expect better conditions. I cycle past this course all the time so I’m sure at some point I’ll get around to playing it again, but for now, I’m going to explore other tracks.

Love the layout but the pace of play was horrendous. Also the condition of the course was not worth the cost. Was a bit disappointed. However as said before the course layout is nice and the greens were very good.

The course was in pretty good condition, greens were all great. Bunkers were in real nice condition. Played 18 in just under four hours.

Had a great time at this course I would recommend if your a serious golfer

The course is well designed and was in fair condition, being a bit fair here as they had 4" of rain in 2 days a few days before we played. The price tag is a bit steep for what you get, 5 year old range balls (not included in the green fee), beat up old hitting mats, poorly conditioned short game facility and a mediocrely maintained course. I did like the layout and this review would have been much easier if it was a $150 - $180. It took 1 hour and 10 mins to play the first 4 holes and the pace didn't improve much, finished at 5 hours and 18 mins, hard to get a flow going, spent more time scrolling IG and playing with the friendly racoons than hitting shots. But it was a perfect weather day and I am lucky to be able to play golf, things could be worse. Would I return? No.

It's a decent course, the greens are in great condition, however the fairways are hot or miss with many sandy areas. The course conditions overall are not worth $200+ / round.

The course layout is also good and the course is challenging making it a fun experience.

The course is in regular condition with price of a manicured golf course, too expensive for the price, the maintenance is badly and the staff is with bad attitude.it is a shame because the location and the design of the course is prime!

They allowed a 5 ball in front of us slowing up play with no control..Ness on the 1st tee delayed tee off time.Resulted in not finishing the last 3 holes despite tee time 4hrs 15 minutes before sundown.

There are a lot of rough reviews out there, so I wasn’t expecting much. But the round and the course were actually pretty good. We had a (male) starter that was very helpful. The pace of play was pretty typical for a weekend - 4 hours 20 minutes for a midday round. As for conditions, the greens were excellent and pretty fast, at least down-grain. Tees were fine. The fairways were hit or miss, definitely some rough spots. We had a hot deal that was basically half price, so the value was very good. At full price I’d be mildly annoyed with the fairway conditions.

I golf all over the world. I was just in the Dominican Republic for 2 weeks for the grand opening of teeth of the dog.

This is the worst value $ wise for golf I have ever played in my life. Horrible fairways, totally chewed up. Rough that isn’t golf rough. Just bad. 250$ a player is crazy.

If you book through golf now they treat you like a second class citizen! There are two women there who will force you to share a cart with a random stranger who books at the same time as you! While 15 carts are sitting there not being used! They will force you to hurry up even know you have 10 min. In my case they told me I could go off early, just to get with starter. Then they told me not only can I not go early I have to share a cart with a stranger. Then was told there would be four of us and when the 4 arrived 10 min before our tee time they forced them off??? Like wt f guys make up your mind! The manager actually told me you can share a cart or call GolfNow for a refund! I was excited to spend extra money to drive all the way past Miami and before I tee off I am being yelled at made to feel cheap and treated like butt by some cart women and her angry female boss
