Fairways were in great condition as were the cart paths.

This course is challenging from any tee with deep bunkers and water on most holes.

A great course for low to mid-handicap golfers.

Tough for beginners and high handicap players.

I found the greens rather spongy and inconsistent

Pros. The staff were friendly, practice area nice. That’s where it stopped. Conditions of the greens were basically unplayable on some holes, tragically bad on other holes. 340 for the round and no mention that many of the greens were not worth putting. Uncut tee boxes and no ability to order food at the clubhouse after the round. They said food services needed at 4pm! How does they happen on a Saturday? Save your Monday and visit grand cypress, or better yet travel to southern dunes and get a great course for half the price.

By getting a golf pass hot deal with extra credits was able to play this course. I think course is way over priced! The course is beautiful and close to our resort but prices over the last two years have been ridiculously high!

Great course and good conditions, except greens were of variable quality….. would expect better for price. Pace good, range ok, staff pleasant.

The course was in very nice condition, however, I’m a bit disappointed in the condition of several of the greens that were bare or had very sparse turf. Also, the greens were incredibly slow. The laughing theme of our foursome was “who can smack it hard enough to get it to the hole”, and we just could not accomplish that. With the condition of those several greens, one would think the clubhouse would be offering discounted green fees, but that did not happen.

The staff and facilities are top notch and the course is a challenging layout. The course was in immaculate condition with the exception of the greens. The greens were absolutely awful. The were bare lacking grass, but they painted them green. If/when the greens are in good shape then this course will approach being worth the exorbitant price on a splurge. There are courses in better condition for much less in the area. I would stay away until spring and prices come down from the absurd.

Invited family and friends to the Waldorf for fun on the golf course. Haven’t played since the renovations. The Hard to improve on the original layoff but the did. New 16 hole is spectacular. A few of the greens were not looking good but still OK. Course conditions were excellent other than a couple of the greens. We will be back!

This looks like it can be a great track. However, the greens were terrible. All the rest of the turf on the course was in good to great condition, but the greens were terrible. Was very disappointing for the greens fees they were charging. The pro shop is well aware because when I mentioned it after the round the gentleman said yeah I know, we're working on them. Hope they'll get better soon.

The greens are healing but as you can probably guess, they have to keep them longer and they are extremely slow. The conditions of the course everywhere else are in immaculate shape. The layout is fun and if you can get a hot deal, it’s still a good value for the caliber of the course. Looking forward to the greens healing.

Waldorf did not disappoint. Free valet parking, brand new range balls. Golf course was in fantastic shape. A couple greens looked a little off but overall was a terrific day. Staff was great especially the first tee starter and the beverage cart girls. Looking forward to coming back.

One of the best course layouts I have ever played and was a very fun course. Until you get to the greens! For a course that is $325 on the weekends you would expect very well manicured and fast greens, these greens were the complete opposite, they were slower than your local municipal course and they were very patchy. Disappointed for the price you pay to play.

Usually love to play Waldorf. I don’t mind paying a premium with this course because it’s usually in great shape…. They lost the greens. Maybe by mid summer they will get them back, but right now…. Not worth the money.

SCAMDORF ASTORIA!!!! Staff was amazing, amenities were good. The course however is awful… to charge $300 a round for a course in this condition is absolute robbery.
