Great Course / Friendly staff

Course was in great shape. Greens ran true and not super fast. Fairways were preteen. Staff was super friendly. Pace of play was a little slow for the first six holes. Ranger did his job and the pace picked up.

Love Disney golf facility

Played Palm course. Overall course was in great condition. Greens had just been top dressed recently. Bit difficult to read due to sand, ball rolled pretty smooth. Tees and fairways were great. Some of bunkers had fresh sand and were pretty soft. Very windy day, but can't complain with 85 degree weather. Highly recommend!!

First timer on a Disney course

Played the Palm course for the first time. As a single golfer, was paired with 3 gents from Connecticut, Gary, Mike and Jim. Great company and very friendly.

Played off the white tees so about 6400 yds. A good test for my 7 h/c. Plenty of tees to test all levels of golfer. Lots of water features and bunkers aplenty.

Fantastic layout with a plaque at each tee giving some history of the tour events and players to have played the course over the years. The overall condition was very good and, although the greens had been sanded, they ran swift and true and we had a great time.

Highly recommend this course to anyone who perhaps thinks Disney is only about theme parks😁

This course was my first time playing it. Would play it again. The cost could have been a little less money. I get it. It's disney and it sells itself. The hot dog I brought on the course was horrible. This hot dog had no flavor or taste even with condiments. No taste at all. Other than that keep it in the fairway.

Not my best round, but best shot ever

I’m a beginning golfer, less than a year. My wife and I have played Oak Trail maybe a dozen times. I love the way it goes from 4 sort of warm-up holes to a long par 5 with two angles. I was able to carry the water on the par 5 7th, which I believe was my first time doing that and hitting the fairway. But my best shot ever came on the par 3 9th. Off the tee I ended up about 15 yards short and left of the green, but the pin was only 20 yards in. I made about a 3/4 swing with my sand wedge, and it plopped onto the green and rolled right into the hole. The course is always fun, and that was a great way to cap the day!

Good track

I’ve always enjoyed the Disney courses (especially the Palm) which are operated by the Palmer group. The Palm is in good shape with quick greens, lush tee boxes, and uniformly healthy fairways. However, for the price they charge (up to $150!) such conditions should be expected. According to the GPS, expected pace of play is around 4:20 which is reasonable for a weekend round. Our group was right on it even though we waited on a number of holes. One thing I appreciate about The Palm is that they have strategically placed restrooms/water stations that have ice/water dispensers unlike most courses that simply have unsanitary water fountains. Bottom line is if you don’t mind paying a premium for a round of golf, you won’t be disappointed with The Palm.
