It is a dreamland for children and families the world over, offering nearly every amenity imaginable, plus some only Disney's Imagineers could conceive. Disney First

Have been waiting a lifetime to play a Disney Course. This one was challenging and fair. Great condition. Will definitely be back.

Great course layout!

Challenging course layout! Very well maintained. A little fry in some areas but understandable with the dry season in Florida.

First hole in one

Made my first hole in one here so what can I say?! Can’t give any less than a 5 star rating. But to be completely honest, this place is solid. Every hole poses a new challenge.

Great course

This is a beautiful course with a beautiful layout. Everything is in great shape and appealing to the eye. If I was to recommend something, would be the greens. They could be better. Specially for the price you pay.

Decent

It was a fun track and the staff are very kind and attentive as this was my first time there. Course conditions were mediocre but (as others have mentioned) Florida has not had enough rainfall the past few months. I would like to play it again once the conditions are slightly better. I was paired with a Disney employee, who mentioned that she pays $18 to play the course; so, do with that information as you will. I’ll be back!

Challenging Course

What was literally supposed to be a walk in the park turned violent. I've played the course before (long ago) but glanced at the total distance and thought it was an executive course. It's a Par 35. A couple of the 4s are short but the 5s are monsters. I actually put together a couple solid shots and still ended up with a 7 (2 putts) on the first par 5.

Bring your A game and you have to score on the gimmies to have a chance.

Bravo Mickey!

Great course for the money!!

I usually never leave reviews for courses but I felt this one needed it. The staff is very friendly and the course was in GREAT shape. The greens had been punched earlier this month, but you couldn’t even tell. They were rolling true and fast. I am a Florida native and this was my first time playing the course and I was wowed. Pay 50$ and couldn’t beat it!

Due to resent airing of the course we were given a generous 40% off, staff were extremely friendly helpful and welcoming, a great course with amazing views, unfortunately we played the morning after a heavy downpour which made the course difficult to play in areas but this didn’t get in the way of a great experience

Nice Disney course

First played it about 10 years ago, and like all things Disney, Magnolia is a great experience. However, we only played 14 holes due to four getting renovated. Always fun to play a former PGA stop, though. Probably a little pricey but you pay for the Disney “magic” experience.

Was a fun day on the course and it was in pretty good shape, especially since it is about to be closed for a little while. Didn’t really remember that many holes from the previous round. The par 3 sixth hole is the one that has a bunker shaped like Mickey Mouse.

With only 14 holes in play, the rate was discounted from the normal rate. Nearly all the workers were the usual extremely friendly Disney people, but one guy in the pro shop was a little terse with our group. Not sure when the next chance to play Magnolia will be but might again down the road when the entire course is back open.

The major issue I had yesterday was that none of the starters were able to set the cart into handicap mode for me. I had so much trouble navigating the course in a non handicap mode cart. Had to try to remove the cart from restricted areas all round. Seems like someone should be proficient in setting that handicap mode for us that rely on having it set correctly. Otherwise the course and the hit deal was terrific.

Pace of Play

For someone who was just out there to have fun , the pace of play was just right for my wife and I . We never felt rushed with the intervals between us and the other golfers was great .

Good but

Cart quit on hole 10. Called number to report it and started walking. After walking 3 holes the starter just happened to be riding the course and saw me. He got us another cart. If not for him guess I woulda walked back 9. Other than that all was well.

Course conditions are unacceptable for the price charged. I have experienced this on all the Disney courses over the last few years.Way overpriced!!

Playing Lake Buena Vista you almost have no air flow as the course winds through swamps and woods. Now I know why the PGA tour will never come back to Disney

Thank you for your feedback on your recent round at Walt Disney World® Golf. We apologize for the fact that you were displeased with the facilities and service that you experienced. We hope that you will reconsider playing our wonderful courses again in time to come, so we can exceed your expectations upon your next visit to Orlando.

If you would like to discuss further what you and your group encountered during your visit with our management staff, please feel free to reach out to our leadership by emailing the specifics of your tee time to disneygolfreservations@palmergolf.com so that we can help resolve your residual concerns. We would like to know in more specifics what aspects of the golf course experience that you didn't think were up to par. We are well aware of the condition of #15 green, and will actually be replacing the turf on that green next week, beginning on June 6th.

For a multitude of reasons, we have chosen not to invite the PGA Tour back here to play at Walt Disney World Golf for the foreseeable future, it is not that they have chosen to avoid these facilities.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us!

Can’t Wait For The Renovations

This a very good course that rates at the top of “good” courses. They are working on holes 15, 16, 17 and 18. If after to reno it improves the course then it will be well worth the price. About 25-30% of the tees have many bare spots, but they are level and teeing of was not a problem. The fairways were very good and are kept green and cut short.

You very much need a discount to play this course until all the work is complete and all 18 holes are open. I will be happy to enjoy this course in the near future.
