World Golf Village

The round was fun once we got pass the fivesome. Once we told the ranger he made them let us play through.

Greens were a little bumpy and of average speed--found that disappointing. Fairways and boxes were in great shape. Rough is challenging. Played behind a foursome of members. On the 13th hole we were 40 mins behind per the marshall. Round took over 5 hours. They would not open the tips, which forced a friend I played with to play at 6800. He fired a 68 in large part because he could sting it around with a 3 wood all day. Overall not a bad course for the discounted price. No way worth the full price. There are a couple of courses in St. Johns county that are better buys.

They really take care of you here. From the parking lot to the first tee you are made very welcome. The course was fantastic. I look forward to going back again.

Great course , awesome layout I will say the greens are a bit hard and bumpy but they will be back. Expensive though. They need to come down on the price for locals. Locals can play other courses that are better or equal for a much better price. Nonetheless it's a fun course to play.

The course had recently been aerated and I asked at the counter when I checked in and the person told me it was fine and the greens were rolling like normal. In fact he asked me if I played a few weeks ago and I said no. The truth is the fairways and greens still had holes. I was disappointed in that.

It was a fun day, however, I don't plan on returning any time soon. There is nothing that sets this course apart from others closer to my home. The cost is out of line line with a facility of this quality. Like everything else in St. Augustine, it is old and over priced. The employees are fantastic and are the best suprise about the club. Cold, delicious apples await you on the first & tenth tee box. Now that is a great touch!

I love this course. Its long, wide, and challenging. It was really wet when I played so it wasn't at its best and it played even longer. But the greens were soft and smooth with a reasonable pace. I played Slammer & Squire the day before and its greens have not yet recovered from aeration. Normally, I don't get to play K&B because of the rate. Thank you Golf Now for providing me an affordable rate.

I cannot give a high enough rating to the staff of this golf course. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly and eager to assist in any way. The golf course was in beautiful condition even though it was a little wet due to recent rain. It still played beautifully though. The greens rolled very true and the fairways and bunkers were immaculate. I will definitely be returning to this course on my next visit to the Jacksonville area.

Very nice course but I wouldnt call it (Pristine), the staff was super friendly, but the greens just were not what we expected. You could tell that the greens had been punched at least a month prior and they had still had not fully recovered from it. They were bumpy and you could still see some holes with sand in them, there were however very few bare spots on the greens. The fairways were all in good shape and the bunkers were about 50/50, some were soft (like they should be) and others were like concrete. But a 5 Star to the staff, they were super friendly. We actually arrived about 2 hours early and the starter told us he had an opening in about 15 minutes and that we could go ahead and go out if we wanted to, and since this is Florida we took it since there is always a chance of rain in the afternoon. I cant wait to go play King and the Bear next.

We were met promptly in the parking lot & had assistance from that point until we were delivered back to our car after our round. The course played well even though it is still recovering from overseeding the greens. The course is challenging for me but the holes are very interesting. Oh, yes, I love the apples at #1 & #10 tees.

Good compliment to King and Bear down the road. Truly enjoyed every hole!

Breathtaking and very fun course ton play. Even though the pace of the course was slowed down by weather my friends and I had an unforgettable time playing this course. Superb experience!!

Nice course, not extremely difficult. I think the premium price is because its in World Golf Village. Save your $$ and play somewhere more challenging for less $$

This was the last course on a vacation, and the least liked by my friend and myself. We played TPC TrevisoBay, Old Corkscrew, The Rookery at Marco, and Disney's Lake Buena Vista, all were less money, and more challenging and enjoyable

Greens were terrible. I was Told they were punch 2 weeks ago

played and looked as if they just completed the job. The reason
for empty holes throughout the greens was from heavy rains
soon after the holes were punched. They could not return to the greens and over sand , they had TWO weeks!!!! . The greens were impossible to putt on.

Would recommend this course to anyone visiting the World Golf Hall of Fame.

they should have told me about greens i first booked bear saw that greens were just airrated so they put me on squire same thing

First time playing this course, and really enjoyed it. The greens and some fairways had just been aerated, but other than those areas the course was in great condition. It's a very playable course for amateurs and makes for some great scoring chances.

They had just punched the greens ten days earlier, so still a little bumpy. Gave reduced price coupon in recognition. Very nice place to play.

Enjoyed my round on a well maintained course. The King and Bear was worth the wait.

Played on Sat May 25. Greens were just pluged. 20 percent of the holes not filled with sand. Was not told when making tee time.

This course is always in great shape but right now it is not. Maybe three weeks from now it will fill out and be back in shape.
