Lovely course
Played here prior to going to Augusta National to see the Masters. Course was fun. Staff were all very friendly. Greens were in excellent condition and the value was great
Greens in great shape
Like this course due to it's setting. No houses very little street noise. The greens were rolling fast and true. The bunkers have been rebuilt; with some bunkers removed. Well done. Bunkers are now very playable though they did take some of the slope difficulty out by taking lips out. I've played this course a few times a year for the past 20 years. The course is in the best shape since I started playing it.
Thank you for playing The Creek! Glad you enjoyed the course. Hope to see you again soon.

Golf on Tuesday
It's a little bit of a hike from Atlanta, but we've made the trip a couple times. Overall the course was in decent shape for mid February. The greens were fast and in good shape. We explored a good bit of the rough and some on the non fairway areas needed some attention. I'm not sure if this is due to the time of year or just how the course is. Staff was great and super friendly. There were several singles and twosomes that caught us throughout the round and that we opted to let play thru. I chalk this up to Tuesday. We will go back.
Golf at hard labor
Course in great shape. Greens were smooth and rolling true. Great shape
Greens in great shape. Still fast but rain has really softened them, Fairways pretty thin of grass, mostly because of the drought this past summer, The biggest complaint I always have with this course is that they do not move the tee boxes often enough. They are usually very worn. Always a great place to play though.
A true Georgia gem
A bit of a drive from Duluth, GA, but was warmly greeted by the staff on arrival. For January, the course was in great shape including the greens. Very scenic and definitely challenging. The tee boxes could use a little love and care, but otherwise fairways and greens were a joy to play on. Probably a bit of a drive for most, but worth the effort once you arrive. Pro shop was very well stocked, and food is limited to mostly hot dogs and sandwiches. A very enjoyable round!
Great course
Great course layout. The staff was great. Bathroom was clean. Pro shop is nice. Cant wait to play here again.
Hard labor creek
Winter golf at it's best. Only complaint was the brutality on the greens, so fast!!! Can't wait to play this in season!
Relaxing Course with Excellent Greens
The Creek at Hard Labor has a very rural setting in a woodland state park. There are no houses and very little traffic noise. The layout is challenging without being overbearing. Course conditioning was generally good for November with excellent greens. The bunkers seemed over filled with a very fine sand. It is not clear what is the intent of the bunker setup. I find this to be a very relaxing course to play, but I typically do not play at Hard Labor during the peak season. The staff did not manage play during this round, but the course was nearly empty. Great value and highly recommended.
great Course
hadn't played here in two years. Greens were smooth and very quick. Course was in great shape considering its Nov.

Course in overall good shape even with dry conditions & little rain recently. Greens good. Improvements in traps a positive. Good course, good people, good weather, good day
1st hole lives up to reputation
I have been wanting to play this course for a while, and finally had the opportunity. You need to be on your game on this course. Fairways are a bit tight, but on some, you can miss a little, and still be fine. The greens are smooth, and putts hold their line very well. Speeds are tricky on the greens, a deft touch at times, is what is needed.
The course has improved greatly
I played here Saturday 09/10/16. The time before was two years ago. I noticed lots of changes and improvements. I will be back soon. The course is fun with some challenging holes.
Money is being spent on the course. It looks great! They are in the process of replacing the bunkers.Trees have been removed and dirt areas filled in with grass. The greens were in great shape, but a little slow. Some of the tee boxes were so hard we couldn't put the tee in the ground. No rain for several weeks. The tee boxes didn't have sprinkler heads around them.
One of my favorite courses
We had a 3:00 tee time on Labor Day. It was crowded but still enjoyable - enough shade so you don't roast on the course or waiting for the group ahead. I heard one of the guys say the 1st hole is the hardest 1st hole of any public course in GA. Try it - you'll like it!!!
Thank you for playing The Creek! Glad you had a good time.
