Great round
Enjoyed the course. Fairways in great condition. Course is challenging, but leaves some room for mistake.
Beautiful but very difficult
Even riding it requires a lot of strength especially to get in and out of sand traps. So many traps on the course and very undulating. Beautiful course !! We enjoyed it but don’t expect a low score!!
Hard to say there is a better public course on Hawaii Island
Amazing course, Views are incredible, always fun to play
Great Course Great Fun
Lovely day in the course. Perfect weather, fairways and green were in excellent condition. Challenging with many sand traps (which i visited often!). Beautiful view of the ocean on many holes. Staff was very professional and attentive. Will be back
She’s a beaut Clark!
Absolutely spectacular golf course. The layout was plenty challenging for any level golfer. The views are incredible, best on the island.
My only frustrations would be the bunkers has clearly not been refreshed overnight, maybe in a couple days. The other, prices in the pro shop were excessive, at best. I couldn’t find a golf shirt under $100.
I’d play it again.
Worth a special stop
Don't know if I would want to play this course every day nor more than a few times due to its expense and crowds. Resort draws considerable volume from those staying which makes the cost prohibitive for off-site considerations.
Nice but not worth $270
My review of this course is that it’s a good one. The issue is the greens aren’t in very good condition. It’s also not a course that’s worth $275. Excellent ocean views on a lot of holes and the signature hole par 3 on the ocean was legit. It just needs alittle cleaning up. The price should be closer to $200 for a course of this condition and caliber.
Great course
Love the course layout is pretty friendly for most players. Great views ocean views and sound for a good part of the round. Carts could use an upgrade bit on the old side.
Great course
Friendly staff, great course, great pace of play.
Rental clubs were top shelf including a dozen golf balls.
Great course but very difficult
Great course with awesome views. But with a slope of 138 from the resort tees, don’t expect to shoot your best low round.
Difficult but well worth playing if you get the chance.
Could be a great
The golf course was in terrible shape. Bunkers were dangerous with hard rock just millimeters under the sand. Greens were hard and slow, which is difficult to accomplish. Was great to go out and play with my son but wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a well conditioned course.
