Fun Getaway from Conference
I was paired with a couple as I was a single just taking the afternoon break from my conference. Good company, the course was in great condition and we played on pace. Will play again when I go back
Good time!! Nice course
4 time coming back in the past year. Always in good condition. Pace of play was quite slow this time around but it was the holidays and a lot of players that u can tell don’t play alot so slowed down play but could have been improved if someone was monitoring on the course I believe his name is Frankie was very helpful and friendly. Remembered me from the last time or at least acted like he did😆
Great Hawaiin Day
The course was very mice. The clubhouse was having work done, so our lunch was only pre-packaged sandwiches, however, everything else was great. Fun course, in fine condition and we had a lovely day.
Beautiful three 9 hole course to choose from.
This is one of my favorite courses to play. The weather was amazing while I played courses B and C. 💙 🏌️♂️
Will visit again
With 3 nines to choose from you can get a range of shots. Enjoyable tract and will play again when I get back in the area.
Bad location
Poor signage on the ft weaver road. Should have bigger signs before their location
Google maps is not accurate.
The restaurant food was overpriced and food not that good
Have Played All 27 Holes
Good solid course to play. Challenging enough to be a test for good golfers but benign enough to be playable by poorer golfers. One caveat: all bets are off if there is a big wind.
Fairways are pretty wide to accept drives, greens are approachable and the green surrounds are not as tough to chip out of as some of the local courses. My second round had a far better pace of play than the first, but still slow at 41/2.
I would recommend this course as one to play if on Oahu.
Hurricane Conditions
We picked a bad day to play but we got there early enough to eat at the Bird of Paradise restaurant. The Prince Pupu Platter was amazing and could be split by four people.
A Good Course for All levels
Played prince for the second time so have now played all 3 nines. The course is challenging but can be played by less skillful golfers. Course is in really good condition except for the bunkers. What is it about the bunkers on Oahu? They have all the sand in the world available but don't put any in the bunkers of golf courses!!
Greens and surrounds are a little more playable than some other courses with the rough cut relatively short around the greens. Generous driving areas on most holes.
The A-9 seems the easiest.
Took All Day
I'm spoiled. I play at home in 4 hours or less and have had my first two rounds on Oahu less than 4 hours. Hawaii Prince was a labour. Over 2 hours to play the first 6 holes!! It did get somewhat better and mercifully ended in 51/2 hours. I'm a pretty decent golfer and played with 3 fairly new players who hit the ball astray and often, yet we waited on virtually every shot. Of course, pace of play jaded my overall view of the course. That aside, pretty good layout and condition. Wind definitely a factor on this day.
Very good
I will recommend my friends.
Course and ground condition are good..
