Great course.
This is a great challenging course. Sand traps that have been renovated look great . The other sand traps are not playable. Maybe they will get the others renovated soon. Other than that this is my favorite course in the central KY area.
Course is in great shape.
They've been putting fresh sand in many bunkers that had been neglected. Play in the afternoon. Hot humid. Played in about 3 hrs. Very friendly staff.
Wonderful course
The course is terrific and in great condition. Play was slow as we were behind a couple with 2 young children.
Great fairways and greens
Great fairways, tee boxes, and greens rolled true even if they were a little slow. Unfortunately this Course's biggest problem is keeping up fairway bunkers. I am afraid like many courses in the area, the underestimated what it took to properly keep up so many bunkers especially on a course with this much elevation change from tee to green. Staff was great and other than being behind a slow twosome who obviously didn’t know the concept of letting faster players go through, it was a great day on a good course.
Wow
This is a course where you stand on the tee box and go WOW!!
Many of the greens are WOW as well.
Beautiful and FUN.
THANKS DALE HOLLOW.
WE WILL BE BACK!!!
Great conditions, great deal on golfnow
Played late afternoon. Played in about 3 1/2 hrs. Course has been well maintained.
Great Course
Once again, Dale Hollow Golf Course did not disappoint. Even with a 15 minute downpour at the beginning of round, still enjoyed this course. Greens were in great shape (a little slow after the rain) fairways were great. Only negative are the bunkers, but a lot of courses have bunkers that need work after going through pandemic. This course is a little over 2 hours from my home, but well worth the drive. I will always keep going back.
Fun Times
Loved playing Dale Hollow!!! Loved everything about it!
Great conditions
Course is in great shape from tee to green. They have refilled many bunkers. Zoyzia Fairways are like hitting of of carpet. Greens are undulated and hard to read. Not to busy on a weekday. Big fun.
Course is in good shape.
Greens are running a little slow, normal for this course. Love the layout. Lots of elevation changes. Fairways are a little spotty. They'll get better as the year goes on. Bring your A game and some extra balls, you will need them if you aren't hitting it straight.
BEAUTIFUL COURSE!
Dale Hollow is one of the prettiest courses I've played. It's a great layout with some fairly easy holes to some very difficult holes. The tees, fairways, and greens are in perfect shape. Unfortunately, many of the bunkers are washed out and takes away from the rest of the course. Because of the hilly terrain, I know it is difficult to keep sand in the bunkers and I know it takes time and money. I always recommend Dale Hollow to my friends.
