Gull Lake View Golf Resort
About Gull Lake View Golf Resort
Since the 1960s, the Scott family has transformed 2,000 acres in southwest Michigan into one of America's largest golf resort communities. Situated in the appropriately named Augusta, Michigan, near Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, Gull Lake View Golf Resort has become synonymous with affordable packages where golfers stay in comfortable villas to enjoy six different courses, all from different eras. The East and West courses were built in the mid-1960s and mid-1970s, with the two Stonehedge courses added later in 1989 and 1994. The family bought the Bedford Valley, a classic course known for hosting tournaments, in 1988 and then put the feather in the cap, debuting the linksy Stoatin Brae by Renaissance Golf Design in 2017. Those who fall in love with the experience can buy real estate in one of several neighborhoods.Facts

Great layout
Loved the layout of this course with 6 par 3s, par4s, and par 5s. Lots of greenery and trees on the course. The course was challenging but not too tight and narrow. The various tee boxes allows for all types of golfers. This was our first visit and can't imagine our last. Clubhouse checkin guy was very helpful and informative.
Beautiful oaks
This course is worth the play. A little pricey without the Golfnow discount that I booked. The oak trees are mammoth. Generous fairways and giant greens. Had a great round. Will definitely play again.
Great course. Greens were not tricked up, but a few of the pin positions were diffulcul
Jerk in pro shop
I booked a round of golf for Sunday, So I thought... but ended up being Monday. My fault completely but people make mistakes. The girl in The pro shop was super nice and was very accommodating. She said no worries we can get you off after the group of member’s teed off. So we paid went to go get our clubs and golf shoes. Drive over to putting green guy with a attitude comes out and says I’ve got to refund your money! My buddy and I are like excuse me? He says your tee time was for tomorrow and I can’t give you that price you can pay double though... when on GN a hour later it was even cheaper than what we just paid. Then the guy short changes us and acted like we were ripping him off for being a dummy who has to count down a drawer cause you didn’t give back the right refund. I’m super disappointed with Bedford Valley for hiring a guy who has NO Customer service what so ever! I run a business myself and if I got treated the way I did Sunday morning I wouldn’t have a job or any customers. Good luck Bedford Vally the guy with the beard in the pro shop will be the death of the golf course. We golfed
there half a dozen times last year. Won’t ever go back again! Then to top it off GN charges me $13 for the tee time! I’m gonna need that money back! Save your money folks not worth getting treated like
Crap from the guy who’s mad at the world!
Great conditions, even better course layout
This course is a definate pickup if you see it for cheap, there isn’t a single hol on the course that isn’t a blast to play
Tale of two sides
First nine holes on west side were excellent. By hole 12 pace was horrible. Finally with three groups on hole 17, we packed up and left. Golf courses need to make money but dude,!that was ridiculous!
Great course with modest difficulty.
One of the best public courses in SW Michigan. Challenging, but not overwhelming. Fairways and greens in immaculare condition.
Great course and great staff. Definitely going to be going back again before the summer is over
Nice
Nice course. Excellent condition. Friendly staff
Course was beautiful.. price was just right.. I recommend this course to anyone that plays..
Enjoyable
Great track. Forces you to think about your shots. Keep the ball in play and out of the high grass and you can score. Hit them straight out there.
