The Cove
Course was challenging, but cart path needs to be repaired. It was very rough!.
I hate to give away the Lakes best kept secret but....
Absolutely, without a doubt, the best place to play at the Lake.....the course is always in great shape, the staff is amazing, and the price is right. I hate to give away my favortie place to go when I'm down there every year in October, but I can't help but to give The Cove a 5 star review.
Cart Paths a Disaster
Sadly, this course with a good layout has fallen upon bad times, especially the cart paths which must be similar to a wagon train ride over rough terrain. Greens were OK mostly, but the attention to damage was non existent.
I would not play this course again until the issues are addressed.
Great Cove course experience
Third time playing the Cove. Course was in great shape. A good challenge but not over tough. If you can control your flight you have a chance to score well. Fast greens for our group but enjoyable.
The Cove Golf Course
We played this course on our way home from Branson, MO. and we absolutely loved it. The fairways were plush and the greens were in great shape. I have a handicap of a 7.5 and I'm 54 yrs old and I really enjoyed the challenge the course presented. I highly recommend.

This course has a great layout with lots of elevation .
Challenging but playable it’s a fun course.
The one drawback is that this is the four seasons ‘2nd’ course that doesn’t get the attention it deserves in terms of course maintenance.
The course can be dried out at times but overall one of my favourites in the ozarks.
Played the sister course which is better kept and a little more challenging (however subtle), but choose to play this course, because of the layout. Also played Osage national and old kinderhook.
Great courses in the area. For layout I choose the ridge.
Peaceful and pristine
This course is beautiful. It is challenging with the water mixed into the fairways. Well-maintained. The staff is quite helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable day.
Greens
The greens were full of fungus. Huge dead spots that were dirt. Digger wasp holes.
Fairways were very dry.
Great Course
Always a fun course to play. The Lodge of Four Seasons takes great care of the facilities and the staff is always amazing. Highly recommend playing if you get to the Lake
