Course is really cool, but the winter conditions are poor. Fairways hard and missing grass, greens mixed bag - with some bare patches. Still a fine public course.

Greens and fairways were a bit (winter) ragged, but the course is darn nice. Good find.

This was once such a beautiful course. Now it’s in just moderately fair condition. Some of the greens however were thoroughly thrashed. Literally large swathes of missing turf with holes and bumps. Also large areas of sand on the greens. Terrible.

This was the worst I have seen the Lakes Course conditions- but it's still a solid step up above your usual munis. The great layout and many interesting holes always make for an enjoyable day of golf. Looking forward to when it's pristine again like I'm used to seeing there. When it's normal, it's just a beautiful place to play. No one's fault, it's just the pandemic wreaking havoc with everything. Some greens have bare dirt areas abutting the fringe, the fairways were also a little barren/rough in spots... Anyway, glad it was open and it's still very playable. We'll be back soon!

This course deserves much better reviews. I don’t get it. It’s true that there are some rough areas unrelated to the actual playing surfaces; cart paths, restrooms, clubhouse, etc. However, this is one of the purest layouts I’ve ever played. The fairways are wide but there are obstacles. There are almost no unplayable lies on this course, which is a nice change from most of Vegas. The greens are oversized but tricky and not crazy fast. Just don’t get in the bunkers. I think this course has the bones for a PGA event, It just needs a little tlc. But for the size of the property, I think they do pretty good.

People were friendly, course was in very good condition. Worth the travel time, 50 mile drive to play it. Good value for the dollar. I will play it again as long as the value position remains in place.

Looking at the course pulling in it looked rough. Well looks are deceiving. The greens were great and so was the rest of the course. I've played Primm several times and look forward to my next chance to play it again.

When I first booked this I was expecting a lot of water on the course. There was water on almost half the holes but not too many shots where you had to carry the water. It played a little easier then I expected but still had it's challenges. A few Risk/Reward shots made it interesting. Course was booked full but we still played in 4 hours and ten minutes which was good. Only backed up a little on Pat 3's. Will play here again.

Had a great time. Meet a regular to the course and it was a blast. Shout out to Pablo and Lisa whom asked if he could teen off with us.. Good times!
