View from 16th Tee Photo submitted by BigBird22 on 04/07/2014
Nice scenery, fairways, greens great but tee boxes terrible.
Like described in the title above. With that said I enjoyed the course but, the starting at hole 7 I found very strange . The travel time from hole to hole was wonky and confusing.
I enjoyed it but have to say better courses out there.
Just ok
Being from out of town and having to pay non-resident pricing, I expected a bit more from the experience. The disparity between resident and non-resident rates is quite large, which makes the expectations for course conditions and overall organization even higher.
Starting on Hole 7 was very odd and confusing. We were able to make it work, but the scorecard was even set up that way, so it was hard to tell if that is permanent or just temporary.
Course conditions:
• The greens were great—fast and true. I do wish more players would take the time to fix their ball marks.
• The fairways were in good shape with no complaints.
• The tee boxes were pretty beat up on most of the holes.
Overall, this course has incredible potential, but it feels like the investment needed to make it truly great just isn’t there
Bad Tee Boxes, Almost all sand, confusing setup
Rough was lucious but tee boxes where beyond dry and almost all sand on many. No back tee boxes on a short course as well and obysmal pace of play. Confusing layout, spent 30 minutes driving to range and to first tee which are a half mile apart.
Slow play and no carts available upon arrival tee boxes were in horrible condition.
Not worth the money

Fast greens, top service!, I really enjoyed this course
The staff were very friendly
Don’t Bother
Normally, I don’t leave reviews on golf courses, but I felt like I had to for this one. This is not the first time I’ve played this course as a local in the Las Vegas area. First off, let me say that all of the employees at the course were extremely friendly and that was a positive. The course itself is a good track. However, a lot of the greens had pitch marks that were not fixed either by the players or by the course maintenance crew. The sand bunkers cannot be called sand bunkers they’re more like dirt bunkers they are not in good shape at all. The most disturbing thing was the pace of play. They start you out on hole seven because according to staff it will save you about 30 minutes for the round. We waited on every hole whereby there was multiple foursomes, waiting to tee off with another one in the fairway and possibly another one on the green. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had as far as pace of play. It got so bad that I decided once we finished number 18 not to play the last six holes. The group behind us decided to leave a few holes before I did. Overall paying $75 for a 2 o’clock tee time, which is basically twilight here in Las Vegas is not worth the overall conditions and pace of play for this course. There are better options in the Vegas area to play.
Pace of play and tee boxes
The good: Really fun course to play. The layout is good with fairways, rough, and greens in good shape.
The bad: They had us start on #7, no clue why. Even the scorecard is that way. The tee boxes are awful. Dormant grass if there is any grass. Par 3 tee boxes are just dirt.
Vegas golf
Played here many times in the past great course, now they charge anywhere from $185 to $210 a round that's ridicules
Rough shape
Unfortunately right now the greens are a mess and the roughs are super thick you really need to stay right on the fairway. Tee boxes and fairways seem to be in ok shape. Price is a little expensive for the course conditions.
