Great course but they need more staff!
Good track but they cannot understaffed during the weekend!
Really bad bunkers, inconsistent greens
The bunkers were horrible. Some had little to no sand. Some had crusty which made trying to make a consistent shot impossible. Others looked more like ground under repair. The greens were in good shape but very inconsistent. Some were fast some were slow others somewhere in the middle but having to guess what speed to expect made putting extremely difficult.
Great design
Extremely well rounded course with great dimensions in hole layouts and bunkering. If you choose your tee box wisely you can put a lot of danger out of picture unless you don’t hit the shot well, then you get what you deserve. In Vegas on business, loved it enough to play 3 X. I ama putter and really appreciated the roll on the quick greens.
Arroyo
Great course very friendly staff
I would play it again
Them and us
Excellent course but t don’t ask to use the members faculties. Visitors get sent to the kids clubhouse
Hard course, range closed
Hard course for the avg golfer, which made the lack of range time hard to deal with. Pretty course and in good condition, good deal for sure, but be ready for a tough test.
Going downhill
This course used to really nice. But not anymore. Very poor maintained greens and bunkers. I would be suprised if these greens even rolled an 8 on the stimp meter. Tee boxes are fairly good. Dont pat more than 60 or you will be disappointed.
Good greens, great conditions and twilight pricing
I was able to sneak away from work and play all 18 with a 4 pm tee time. Course was not crowded and all groups ahead were playing well paced. Previous reviews mentioned green aeration; well it worked as greens are now in great shape. Arroyo is challenging but fair especially if you play the tees that match you age and ability. The tips are tough.
Their twilight pricing for locals is fantastic! I will definitely try another 'after work' round soon.
Great Course Great Views
Nice course and great layout. Excellent conditions. Nice mountain views. Very helpful staff.
Excellent track, really good value for money
Very freidnyly staff, terrific golf course/layout and really good pace of play. Would recommend it in a heartbeat and would definitely play it again.
Play the proper tees
If you can drive a ball around 285, make sure to play 2nd last tees. Keep out of the sand because it's hard and rocky. (they really need more sand) I got paired up with a guy that hit 4 houses! I like the layout of the course though. !
Meh!
The presentation upon entering the property has a lot of wow factor. But the attitude of pretty much everyone who worked there left much to be desired. Gave me the distinct feeling of a private club that reluctantly caters to public play.
aerated greens and charged full price
Not informed that greens were to be aerated when made appointment. Charged full price - which was substantial, though greens were not ready.
Great course. Great views. Will be back. Greens recently aerated so a little slow but not a huge deal.
Recently aereated and sanded greens should be disclosed.
Course is nothing special but could be very nice with better maintenance. My biggest gripe is not being told that greens were recently aereated and sanded. The bunkers were very inconsistent and many had burlap bags exposed. Some were soaked and some were rock hard. My wife and I didn't mind not seeing the beverage cart until after 8 holes because we purchased a six pack from the club house. The other twosome we were paired with were not happy because they were told we would see a beverage cart regularly.
