Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
About Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
Seaview, A Dolce Hotel, was founded in 1914 as an exclusive country club. It has a long history of hosting professional golfers, presidents, rock stars and celebrities. In 1942, Sam Snead won the PGA Championship on a combination of holes of what is now Seaview's Pines and Bay courses. The Bay course, a regular host of the LPGA Tour, delivers the views beyond Reeds Bay to the Atlantic City Skyline. The hotel includes 34,500 square feet of meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools, three restaurants and a fitness center. The historic charm of the interior feels like a trip back in time.Facts

Seaview bay course condition
The course was in great condition. It’s in the best shape in years. A real pleasure and enjoyable round of golf.
Disappointing
Was expecting a real treat in Atlantic City and this was not it. The staff could not have been less interested in providing any service. Not even a place to out on shoes, just told to stand against an old iron rail.
It is a great piece of property with great views, but the grounds, fairways, and greens were in very poor shape.
Great Condition
It was a pleasure to play the Bay Course. Everything was perfect from tee to greens!
outstanding course
course fairways were like carpeting, and green were very challanging
No ranger, poor pace of play on the weekend
There was no ranger/starter to moderate pace of play on Pines. Took 4.5 hours to get through 15 holes before we left because the group infront of us was playing a scramble from the blues.
Bay and pine
Both courses were in very good condition. Pace of play was slow need rangers to speed up those groups causin slow play especially
looking for lost balls.
Best in area.
Nice course but disappointed with start. Almost always feel my GN status.a plus.. Tee off delayed as one of course’s pros gave on course lesson to three golfers as we had to watch them for six holes.
Second cut high narrowing fairways and resulting in making course difficult
Professional course
It was a great course, not to difficult lots of challenges. Fairways and greens immaculate. Sam Snead hole16 my favorite
Seaview pines
Great course, pines is a dynamic layout not the grip it and rip it off the tee. Greens were responsive but rolled very consistently. Was some areas that were wet and ground Under repair. Overall very fun challenging course with a lot of history!
Nice layout and views, but average condition and slow play
Course condition was average. We found the greens to be slow
Pace of play was not good…4 hours 45 minutes.
We waited on every shot…and I mean every!
Not our 1st time here, but will be quite a while before we come back
