About Seaview, A Dolce Hotel
Seaview, A Dolce Hotel, was founded in 1914 as an exclusive country club. It has a long history of hosting professional golfers, presidents, rock stars and celebrities. In 1942, Sam Snead won the PGA Championship on a combination of holes of what is now Seaview's Pines and Bay courses. The Bay course, a regular host of the LPGA Tour, delivers the views beyond Reeds Bay to the Atlantic City Skyline. The hotel includes 34,500 square feet of meeting and event space, indoor and outdoor pools, three restaurants and a fitness center. Disappointed with the Pines
The Pines has a nice layout but the conditions have deteriorated tremendously. There is no sand in most bunkers, the “rough” is patchy, the fairways are ill defined, and the tee boxes are scratchy. The greens are the only part of the course that is in decent shape. The greens fees are twice what the course is worth. Stay away until they get their act together.

Pluses: greens
Minuses: bunkers horrible. Little sand a lot of mud. Fairways good in some spots, but a lot of weeds, bare spot areas. Cart paths bulking due to tree roots. Tee boxes ok.
Certainly not worth $100+ a round.

Amazing golf course
So far my best golf experience in the AC area, if you're a decent golfer you can make birdies but be prepared to struggle in the tall grass

Too patchy and crab grass. Fairways tight and tee boxes were crap. Charge that much. You need to put better care into course. Just fleecing people down for tourney. Be back but expect better. Dropped ball!
