What a difference a year makes
Have played this course many times in the past but never seen it in as good as shape as it is this year. Greens were in great shape! Staff and cart attendants were awesome. Played all our replays there. Highly recommend
Waht a difference a year makes
Played in early February. We had played the course a year ago and were a little concerned about the conditions we would see, based on the previous years trip. It Was Great. They have really put in money and effort and really improved the entire experience. Fast, smooth greens, full fairways and great tee boxes. The folks in the pro shop and restaurant were wonderful. We will be back
Better that average this year
This course is in good condition given the hard winter. While the greens are not perfect and have some rough spots overall they are pretty good. Pin's were placed so the rough parts of the green were not in play.
Fairways are in great shape. Traps could use some grooming but overall, not bad.
condition pas très bonne
bien comme terrain excellente réception malheureusement les verts étaient en mauvaise condition
Nice course
Played this course the last few years. Always in decent shape. Staff always very accommodating. Pace of play is great. Would recommend to play this course.
Mud Puddle, Stay away
I do not know how these other golfers could rate this course above a 1 star. Some of the worst playing conditions I have ever seen. No grass at all, pitiful sand traps and rough, and as far as drainage, it a joke. On top of that on 3 holes we need to wait for the people walking their dogs on the cart paths to play through.
Rumor has it that the place is under new management, I pity the fool who bought it. Going to need deep pockets. If your planing on staying in their condos, be prepared to be living in the early 90's again.
great value fo
nice course, some challenge and not overly difficult.
fairways and greens were in great shape for this time of year.
Beautiful course
Played Dogwood and Azalea. Both were in great condition! Thoroughly enjoyed our day.
Fun coarse to play
Great greens very large very fast challenging course interesting hole ,staff were very nice.
New course
Course was wet with a lot of tight lies. The greens were very fastwhen the fairways grow back it will be very challenging
Golf at Brunswick
All the people are very friendly and helpful at Brunswick county club, but the fairways and greens are in winter conditions (not as good as other courses in the area).
I would like to play this course again later in the Spring.
A Nice Golf Course
We played on a warm and windy Friday (2/16/18). Course conditions were reflective of the mid-winter time frame and some recent rain. The fairways were quite damp. As you would expect, it was cart path only. The condition of the greens was very acceptable. And the traps were well maintained. We played the front nine in 2:20 (okay considering cart path only). However, on the back nine, two new groups were put out in front of us. This slowed down play considerably. We played 7 holes in 2:20. Because of our own personal time commitments, we chose to leave. All things considered, I would play this course again. My guess is that in 3 to 4 weeks the course will be in outstanding condition.
Great!
Course was in great shape. Only down fall it was cart path only.
