Awesome fairways & greens!
It is an amazing mountain course that will challenge your game. I recommend U bring a range finder with slope measuring & adjusting ability.
I would recommend this course to everyone; certainly” best” in area!
And, I would play it again. Very cool!
Outstanding experience
I drove over two hours to get to this relatively remote location and it was worth it. A little pricey when compared with other courses in the general area but well worth it. An bsolutely beautiful layout in immaculate condition from tee to green. A true mountain course with huge elevation changes and gorgeous views. It is a tough course, though not overly long at just over 6500 from the tips. Drives that don’t find the fairway pay a heavy price with a lot of natural growth areas bordering the holes. Greens are huge but with large swales that can result in a lot of three putts. I will make the trip again. I highly recommend it.
Tough course
Beautiful course but tough .. target golf for sure
Sequoyah Experience
The Sequoyah National is one of the best courses I've seen and played in my golf career. The fairways are like carpet. You must bring your (A) game to this course because, there is only a slight room for errors. The greens were spectacular. A little slow in the morning due to the morning dew. I think the best features of this course was the view. Awesome !!!!!.
Excellent Playing Surface
This course had the best playing surface of any course I have been too. From tee box to green, course was outstanding. Bunkers were consistent, greens were tough but rolled the same on #1 all the way through #18. The views throughout the course were also incredible. The course was tough but I would definitely play better if I played there again, course management is a must. Great Experience!
Absolutely beautiful
Wow! First time playing this course and was taken by the beauty and layout of the course. I will definitely gonna k to play when in the Cherokee area..
Golf
Great course and conditions. 5+hr round which is typical. Clubhouse closes at 5 and no on course beverage cart the Friday I played.
Stunning views
Absolutely stunning course. Great layout that will really test your course management. If you hit it in play it is very scoreable, big numbers possible on quite a few holes.
Incredible views
Really nice course and layout! But it is a difficult course. I would not recommend this for beginner. If you don’t care how good you played, then you should try this out and make sure you bring a camera with you. Most of the hole have an incredible view of smoky mountains as backdrop. Especially 18 holes! You can never get this view from anywhere else.
Great course
The course was immaculate. Fairways were plush and greens were excellent
Amazing Views
Course is on a beautiful piece of property stunning views on many holes. Pack a lunch a as physically demanding course you will play. Zoysia fairways and beautiful greens. Scoring can be tough driver definitely not needed on many holes I was hitting 5 and 7 woods off the tee
Rest up!
Stunning course!! Absolutely beautiful. Be well rested because this course will challenge your physicality!! Remarkable elevation changes. Loved it!!
