Goos course
We enjoyed this course. there were many interesting holes. Pace improved on the back nine.
This course has a fabulous pro shop
Not nearly as scenic as most courses in the Bend/Sunriver/Redman area. Over priced and a little rough around the edges for this time of year
Amazing Course
Great course, and for only $45 / person, that is the way to go. Typical Robert Trent Jones Jr. course, being that you start to feel comfortable then it changes to make it more challenging for you. Would play this course again next time I get up to Oregon.
Great Course
This was a great course. The practice facilities were great and the practice greens were the same pace as the course greens.
The course was amazing. I thought the Woodlands was a tougher course than the Meadows. The tree lined fairways required accurate driving off the tee. The par 4's under 350 yards do not require the use of the Big Dog. Sometimes a wood or long iron is better of the tee box.
Overall, awesome course.
Sanded greens, no real warning
The greens were HEAVILY sanded and the only warning given was that they were slow. Yes, with greens covered in coarse sand they will indeed be slow... If I had paid full rate I would have been very upset, but golfnow.com deal of $35 made it ok.
fun but not challenging
The overall course was pretty simple, all the holes blended together, there was not a lot to the course besides well placed sand traps. I would play the course again for that price. Great views and great staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. They spaced out the tee times very well you felt like the course was not very crowded.
Great day out!!
Got lucky and scored a great deal to play at this course. If we had to pay regular prices I probably wouldn't have been so happy. It's nice but not that nice at the regular price. Will go again if we get the same deal :)
Great Course!
Great twilight rates. Actually our reservation was lost, however, when we arrived the staff was extremely accommodating and slipped us in. Staff is friendly, fun and pace of play was great. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting.
Great value before memorial day weekend
20 bucks for a 70-109 dollar course cannot be beat
Central Oregon Gem
Despite a 45 minute frost delay the pace of play is about what I expected for a resort course. My wife and I were able to have an enjoyable and challenging round of golf by choosing the proper tees. The condition of the course was very good. The fairways were firm but lush and the greens putted true while looking a a bit faster than they ran. The design and beauty of the course is top notch, taking full advantage of the central Oregon terrain and views. A must play course in the Bend/Sunriver area.
Go ahead pamper me some more
Yes, I like to hit a few range balls befor I play. Yes, I really like that they are included in my green fees. Ok, so I'm a little sheltered, but I had never seen a tractor sized leaf blower on a course befor during the middle of the day. The marshal came by twice on the front nine and helped a slower group in front of us to increase their speed of play by moving them up a tee box. My only complaint was finding the proshop as it's under the lodge so you have to carry your clubs 50 feet as no carts in parking lot. Overall a great golfing experience.
