Split Rock Resort

The course was in great shape. Having never played the course it was tough - tight fairways, lots of blind doglegs. But it was a fun round with some beautiful views. Maybe a course layout on the website would be nice.

Staff need be honest ! Attempted to overcharge me even I booked Online and showed him the booking slip. He wanted cash only

Fun and challenging layout-position is more important than distance. Greens in excellent shape as is the whole course. Can’t wait to play again!

Have played here in the past. Very nice layout, some amazing views. Fairways are tight/challenging, a lot of dog legs with shorter first shots. Most tees were not in very good condition at all due to what looked like disease. Some greens also had the brownish grass, bare spots. Not really acceptable considering current reduced playing due to covid. Would probably go back.

Tight course requiring some target golf. Greens were great, fairways were good and traps rock hard and wet due to rain. A great challenge but bring a few extra balls.

Great course and facilities which I have played before.

Started to rain lightly on first hole, then steady to heavy the rest of front 9. Went inside clubhouse to get a rain check for 9 holes..Staff stated sorry... WE DO NOT ISSUE RAINCHECKS FOR GOLFNOW RESERVATIONS...SO WE WERE DONE AND MONEY LOST.... CAUSE I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT GOLFNOW BUT CONVENIENTLY THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANYWAY TO CONTACT A PERSON DIRECTLY... JUST MENUS ...

So it’s my personal opinion don’t book thru GOLFNOW unless it is a clear and sunny day or you’ll be at a loss... and even then it’s 50/50... cause they say they waive convenience fees for GOLFPASS members and I’m still getting charges convenience fees..

The course had elevation changes that provided a higher level of difficulty. Staying on the fairways were critical to success. Most green were in good shape— rewarding the progression of each hole. We thoroughly enjoyed the course.
