First time played
Nice resort-type layout. Large pro shop and all facilities. Course is quite long (Green tees yardage is 5895). Large greens were very clean, fairways lush. I’ll go back.
Easter Golf
Course in great shape. Played in less than 4 hours. Enjoyed the great variety of holes.
Excellent
My new favorite course in Myrtle Beach! Right up there with True Blue and Caledonia.
Great course beautiful layout some tricky holes need to keep it in play
excellent
not cheap but you get your moneys worth. great course
Beautifully laid out course
This course has a great design. From the tips at 7500+, it is a monster. Looked at several holes from the tips. But from the white tees at 6300 where I played today, it is pretty wide. Played the ball down since the fairways were so nice. Bunkers will not give up a ball. If one goes in, it stays in. Bunkers have great sand though, so you have a chance to recover. The greens are in perfect condition, not flat but not too crazy undulating, like Goldilocks says, just right. Some of the holes overlook the big adjacent river and have great views. Very pretty course, would love to play again.
Love this place...
Excellent conditions, great scenery, A little hold up getting out was very busy but moved right along once we got out... will definitely play again..
The Best in Myrtle Beach!
Played the Grande Dunes on Sunday and the course was by far the best in Myrtle Beach. All the staff were attentive, professional and fun. The course has a very creative layout, lots of undulations, wide fairways and a multitude of tee boxes to choose from. The conditions were superb in Nov, including the greens! Plus the scenic views and lush landscaping around the cart paths I found really enhanced the overall experience. Worth every penny. I will definitely be back!
Great views
The course was an amazing shape, greens were true, well manicured. Some of the holes on the intercoastal were amazing.
A bit overpriced for a Myrtle Beach golf course
Pace
Second time playing in two weeks and both times I was the first group off in the morning. My foursome played the front in 1 hour 45 minutes and had to wait for two foursomes to tee off on #10. The round took 4-1/2 hours and I lost my groove having to wait on every shot on the back. Poor Course management
Nice Course, little pricy
Overall I liked the course layout, and it was in fairly good shape for October. My only real critique was the price. I clearly overpaid, but even with some discount I feel the course is over priced. 65 - 85 would be more in line. I did have a great experience and the staff was very friendly.
