Course
Best course I have played in Myrtle Beach. No other track has the terrain and scenery that Grande Dunes has. It’s pricey but worth it if you want a quality round. Friendly staff and great practice areas.
Great course, way to slow playing...4-5 hour rounds will not cut it
Annual buddies trip
We had our annual buddies golf trip. We played the Dunes, and it did not disappoint. The fairways were excellent, and the greens were fast and true. The overall facility was outstanding, including the driving and chipping area. First class facility.
Great course
Course conditions were perfect. Only issue is the course length for seniors and women who do not hit as far as we use to. They could use an additional forward tee to make the play more enjoyable and keep the pace moving
Great course
Greens were rolling 10-11 very good for end of August. Fairways were in great shape but a little wet from recent rain showers.
Nice but….
Grand dunes is an awesome golf course nice people and I highly recommend but tee off . Com charged my card 6 times for 1 round so you might have to get credit card company involved in dispute
Excellent course
Great course with friendly staff.
The course conditions were great with fast consistent greens.
Will play this course every time I am in town.
Great afternoon at the course
A great afternoon at the the Grand Dunes, Beautiful course and fun to play. Greens very good for this time of year and the staff was great. Will play again.
So great, I went back twice
Played on Monday as a single, paired me with a couple very nice people. Loved the course! Superb. I’ve been to the area and played 75 or so courses.. this is top 3! Liked it so much I went back Wednesday and played again from one tee farther back. Highest recommendations.
Great course
Course was in excellent condition, great club house. Very upscale and nicer than most courses. Pace of play on the back 9 was not there but the group were not golfers and wouldn’t let anyone through. Love the course and will be back!
Grande Dunes - Big Time
After watching Grande Dunes on TV (Korn Ferry) I decided to take my skills to see how I'd fair on a tournament course, so this was a big deal.
The course didn't disappoint. Just enough variety to keep your attention and a couple of par 3 pretty enough for a post card and challenging enough for a 5 Hdcp
Will be back.
Grande Experience
The range, chipping area, putting area, fairways and greens were perfect. There were two spots where I feel there could be better signage showing where the next hole is, but I love this course. There was a group 3 groups ahead of us who slowed things down. Otherwise it would’ve been a perfect round.
We will play this course again when we visit in September
