Myrtlewood Golf Club

The course is one of my favorites but yesterday was not up to ‘par’. Greens were slow and rough from being punched last week.

The worst part was there was no drinking water on the course. The snack bar and halfway house was closed. No water was put out. No notice as given. It was 85 and sunny. We teed off at 10:30 on a Tuesday. No excuse for this. I had to fill my bottle with water from the men’s restroom.

Was looking for a quick afternoon round with my son. With the summer it’s hard finding courses not burnt out in MB. Course was in great shape from the tees to greens. If you’re staying in any of the hotels by Broadway on beach the location is perfect. Besides the greeter whom seemed a tad annoyed I booked on golf now (idk why) the staff was excellent.

Layout was challenging, while still having a wide open feel. The greens were recently aerated, but have smoothed out well. Slow greens would be my only complaint.

Course was the best condition of the course we played, they just need a ranger to keep pace of play better.

I enjoyed my round very much. The staff were very polite and easy to talk to. Got us out and playing very quickly. The greens were a little slow for my preference, but very playable. All in all, good value.

Course was nice , lil heat stressed on the fairways on couple holes. Greens were soft/slow. Grain /speed was true all day making them way playable. Tee boxes could use a lil love. Played in 3h 45 min. Will play again.

Course was great, no complaints at all. The ranger was very rude and kept driving behind us saying we would not finish in time when we were ahead of pace. There were 2 4somes in front of us that teamed up and he would not do anything about it. Very rude and unprofessional but overall great track and great views.

The staff was super nice and efficient. The course has some really nice view right next to the intercoastal water way. good conditions
