River Oak Resorts

I’ve played here a long time ago when it had 3 courses (27 holes) but now it’s only two courses. Still, pace of play was good as a single. 17 out of 18 greens were in beautiful shape - only one that was a little iffy. That’s still great though. Fairways were good. Course layout is pretty interesting. Some of the sand traps were a bit hard, which made it hard to get out. But I mean for the price, you can’t really beat it. Other courses around here for that amount are pretty atrocious. So golfing at River Oaks is refreshing. Go out there and enjoy it.

Course was in good shape greens have a lot of undulations

Was a single paired with a random two others. We were the first ones out and I thoroughly enjoyed the morning. No issues and I thought it was a great value.

Had a wonderful time golfing with new Canadian friends

Went out at 1:00 p.m. Surprisingly the course was not very full. Play by myself on the first nine. When I got to the second nine there were two people in front of me and I realized I'd probably be waiting a little on each hole. There happened to be a single behind me so we paired up. Made a nice new friend and golf buddy. We plan to go out again. Was a great day weather was perfect chorus was very nice and definitely well worth the money.

Nice little course with 3 different 9 hole layouts

Lots of water but reasonable fairway layout

Easy course for moderate player, with greens in good condition
