Although the course was in good shape there wasn’t any cart person available for refreshments.

Robbers (and Barony) took a lot of damage from the hurricane a few years ago. Due to insurance arguments or whatever, restoration didn’t begin quickly and courses stayed closed for some time with deteriorating conditions. So I hadn’t played there for quite some time. This first time back was wonderful! The full course and especially the greens were in top condition. Robbers Row is a very good layout (not for walking, though - long distances fro greens to next tee) with a nice variety of good holes, no two the same. Pace for our twosome behind a threesome who seemed to 3 and 4 putt every hole was poor - we could have used a ranger to encourage them since they had 2 or 3 open holes in front of them, but it was a beautiful day on a beautiful course. Loved it!

Played Robbers row on vacation. Course was in good shape, greens were fair as was the course. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it and would play here again

This is a scenic course with an interesting variety of holes. It is reasonably well maintained, however, there were ball mark indentations on too many greens. The pace of play was miserable — almost a five hour round because of the 4 Canadian players ahead of us. We had to wait on every hole and they would not let us through no matter how bad they were spraying their shots. The staff were pleasant, but it would have been helpful if a Marshall had intervened.

We were told when we checked in about an hour ahead of tee time 11:48, that the course would be closing at 3pm and carts would have to be back in at that time. We were only able to finish 13 holes. I paid for 18 and expected to get to play 18 holes weather permitting and weather was great. I understand that it was a holiday but if you are going to book tee times then they should be allowed to play. If you want to be finished earlier then don’t book tee times. I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Was looking forward to playing golf and spending the holiday with my dad and my sons and it was cut short. Wouldn’t have been a problem if we had known ahead of time. We would have planned on playing a different day. Very disappointed!

Course conditions and pace of play was great. Played in a foursome and took only 3 hours and 30 minutes. Greens were decent, course was in good shape.

We had an incredible outing at Robbers Row, the staff was incredible, and their amenities to warm up were really nice too. Fast greens with very little break, always tricked me up! Found an incredible hot deal on GN for 1/2 the actual price, felt extremely lucky to have gotten such a deal.
