Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa

Course is in marvelous shape for the time of year. Pace of play got slow at the end, but overall was smooth. Not much concession on course. Stock up at clubhouse before heading out! And keep in mind Driver isn’t always necessary!

Nice track. Playing in November means courses in Hilton Head will not be in top shape. As long as you know that, you'll enjoy your round.

Course in better shape than previous year. Got my first hole in one in the 14th hole

Overall enjoyed the course although we were very disappointed that the practice facilities were shut down for the car show. We should have been notified or offered a small discount.

Course in decent shape everywhere except the greens which were barely puttable. The greens weren't cut and had different tufts of grass growing at different rates. Staff told us afterwards that greens were overseeded and could not be rolled or cut for a few days. Would have been nice to know this before we booked or there should have been a substantial greens fee discount to play it as is.

Played on Monday morning. Course was actually pretty quiet for a resort area. Pace of play was.slowed by a threescore playing at least two different tee boxes. At least one appeared to be a beginner. Enjoyed the day in spite of it.

Staff was.very helpful getting me on the course. The course has wide fairways. I would definitely consider playing here again.
