Great Course
The Bahia Beach Resort Golf club is a beautiful course. From T-box to greens the course is kept in pristine condition. The staff at the course were very nice and super accommodating. 2 of the golfers in my group had not played before so our pace was a bit slow, but the starter was super accommodating for us, didn’t mind us letting smaller groups play ahead.
My only “issue”, I wish the beverage cart came around more often. I think there was only 1 cart going around, it was a hot day so that was tough.
Amazing
From the long driveway onto the property and the lush landscape…. This place is amazing! Looking forward to it every time I come to PR!
Thankful for everything about this course!
Just plain AWSOME!!
Staff OUTSTANDING!!.. service OUTSTANDING!! course IS FRGGIN AWSOME!! The first nine are very tricky! (A blast! ) the layout is spectacular!!!! When you take pictures with your phone they do not do the course justice!! What I have told friends is ..."JUST GO!
Great track
It was a really great track… Honestly. I haven’t played too many better ones in the Caribbean.
This is a luxury resort and we’ll maintained golf course
Service is top notch
Ver helpful staff
Worth the price
Place is hard to find due to lack of signage
Terrific layout and conditions
I was trying to decide where to play when I came on a cruise to Puerto Rico, and after reading the previous reviews, I decided to go play at Saint Regis. I’m so glad that I did. Although the price is a little steep the conditions and layout here, so worth it. I rented clubs from the pro shop and they weren’t bad, and came with two sleeves of balls to play with. There driving range is also in great condition with bunkers and flags to aim at. The course is pretty unforgiving with water and dense bushes along the sides of each hole. Yet, the tee boxes, greens and fairways were lush. I highly recommend you play here if you have a few hundred to throw around.
Top 5 Course
Really enjoyed this course. It is beautiful, in great condition, and Golfnow price made it reasonable in cost.
Great course - carts stop you in middle of fairways
Everything was pretty good, expensive of course, since its an island, so is everything.
The greens are not championship style, and overwatered, not much break and a bit slow.
The biggest gripe were the carts, with GPS. Most carts like this have a geo-fence of about 50 yards from the green, these on some hold (par 4's or 5's) stopped you 120 yards off the green and made you back out at a very slow speed, I would have been better off walking some of the holes.
Fantastic Course
We played this course while staying at the St. Regis. We've played many courses on vacations and it was one of the best. Great condition, challenging course, great staff, and a brisk pace of play.
Highly recommended.
One of the better courses
Pricey but worth it!
Definitely the best course I’ve ever played. Views were stunning and the course was in amazing condition. Watch out for the iguanas on the tee boxes!
Vacation Tee Time
Overall great course to play, it is on my list every time I return to Puerto Rico.
Absolutely beautiful!
All good except food service being closed too early. Had to ask for a shuttle to go to nearby hotel restaurant as we came by a taxi.
One of the better Caribbean courses
I’ve played in 44 countries, of which over a dozen were in the Caribbean and this was one of the best. It’s rather expensive but the course condition and beauty are worth it.
