The Lake Tansi Village Resort is actually home to four lakes (Tansi, Geronimo, Hiawatha and Mohawk) that provide guests and home owners an abundance of water activities. Guests stay in lakefront cabins and have access to the marina and its boat rentals, the beach, community events, the 6,701-yard public Lake Tansi course and two restaurants, the 19th hole at the golf course and the Lake Tansi Restaurant Bar and Grill.Facts

The tone was set from the parking lot.
"DO NOT" signs posted all over the place. That sets a very negative tone and mindset for a visitor; did not feel welcome. Staff was tolerable, not the most friendly.
Course was in great condition with some fun doglegs, water placement, and tricky bunkers.
Nice
Course was in very good condition. Player friendly courses, with nice greens & ample fairways.
A 24 player outing ahead of us, really slowed the pace of play.
I would surely play there again.
Quality Maintenance
The pace of play was average at best. There was not an amenities cart. The course itself was well above average in its condition and design.
They don't understand your system
I was charged $8.00 by golf now and was told that it would apply to the green fees at the course, but the guy at the desk said that he didn't know anything about the $8.00
We were charged the "senior" rate which was less than the price that your site quoted, but what happened to the $8.00?
We come down here a couple of times a year, usually play our 1st round here. Always nice shape and good pace.

Great course lay out and the fairways are well kept and we’ll cut
The greens and running smooth and fast
The staffs are very friendly and the best of all they are make sure your safety come first

Fun course despite a few hiccups
Played on a beautiful day so no surprise the course was packed and the pace was slow.
Greens were also sanded and aerated.
But despite that the course is always a fun outing.
Friendly staff and while I missed getting to eat at the 19th hole it has always been a good stop.
Disappointing
This course does not have good drainage. Greens we’re being Aerated and some fairways were poor. The cost was $53 and not worth the money
