Very nice round at a great course

Pace of play was outstanding. Surprising for the quality of the course…you’d think it would be packed. The back nine is very scenic and #13 is an awesome hole with a huge downhill tee shot to a short par 4. Greens were ok, not great, but not bad either. They cut them nearly down to the dirt on a few greens, so they rolled fast despite being soft and receptive. The course is very convenient for guests of the Marriott. My big critique is the lack of a driving range.

Friendly staff got me out an hour before scheduled tee time due to a group cancellation, played the front nine in under 1.5 hours.

Then got stuck behind a slow foursome on 11 and had to wait every hole. Back nine took over 3 hours. Conditions were good to excellent, greens a little beat up from unfixed ball marks.
