Real good course
Good solid track not boring top notch greens must play if in area.
A definite Replay
We were visiting from Florida and were looking for some northern golf, get away from the flat golf back home. We definitely got it here. Course was in GREAT shape, Linda in the clubhouse was very informative even suggesting a eat/play discount that we gladly accepted. Greens were lightening fast but seemed to hold good shots. Rough was fair. The issue a first time player has with this course is there are a lot of blind shots. The Par 5 16 was a reachable par 5 if you layed up short of a deep downhill rough-filled slope that forces you to lay up due to the severe downhill lie. The Free yardage book at the clubhouse really didn't provide a lot of useful information.
I would surely play this course again provided I had the time.
Scenic course, challenging layout, speedy greens
Mount Snow golf course is an outstanding value. The course offers great scenery of mt snow and haystack mountains. Plenty of wild flowers bordering the fairways. The layout of the course is first class. Not many shared fairways here. Lots of elevation changes on fairways and on the greens. Plenty of sand in the bunkers.

Safari Trip
worth the drive from western Mass course was in great shape and the staff was great....Love the greens
great pro shop
well. the bar was plesant and food very good.
the pro shop was modern and trendy.
the course was crispy and pale green although the undulating character of the fairways gave shadowy dimension.
eh. i just didn't love it, seemed redundant in the layout and not really pretty until 13th? challenging sort of but again not really interesting. maintenance jumped on the fairway right in front of us. that's good if it means they're on the job.... looks like the rest could use some attention.

Great track. I will definitely play it again . Greens were fast and true. Many blind shots off the tee so if time permits, take a look. A premium on driving the ball well.
Safari Adventure
This is Destination Golf. It is a bit of a ride (about 90 minutes from the Springfield area) but the trip was worth it. The course was in great shape and the greens fairly fast. The course is at the base of Mt. Snow so it is quite hilly. Each tee shot will test you to put it in the fairway.
The rangers were out on the course directing traffic and that helped to keep up the pace of play...
You will need every club on your bag!
A Nice Day in the Sun
I played alone with my wife along to see the multitude of wildflowers. We had a nice lunch in the restaurant adjacent to the small golf shop. Playing in the p.m. the round was completed in prompt order. The course was in fine condition, with large bent grass greens and large tees. The fairways were ample in width, though some of the severe slopes resulted in straight drives ending up in the (usually left) rough. Having aiming posts on those holes would have helped (notably #s 2, 5, 10, and 16.) The finishing holes were the best. #15 was a 175 yard straight uphill par three, #16 a dogleg left par five that needed a go ahead peak with my cart to see what was happening. My favorite hole was #17, a short risk/reward par four offering a safe landing area to the left, or a big hitter's temptation over a small lake. #18 required two exceptional uphill shots to reach the over-sized green in regulation. Overall I enjoyed the experience, the views of Mt Snow slopes, and the friendly staff. The GolfNow great price made the day a hit! And my botanist wife loved the vegetation!
Effecient and Professional staff
We recently played with a group of over 100 who belong to the Safari Club. One of the most organized group of older men and women who enjoy the game of golf.
The most impressive group of staff and crew at any of the golf courses we play. Upon arrival you were greeted by a friendly staff unloading your clubs and placing them on your designated cart. The golf course was in excellent shape and has several blind shots which are fairly difficult to play. The club had a staff of spotters on each blind shot hole to speed up the process by signaling players when they were able to hit rather than having each group drive ahead to find out the status of the group ahead. This was a valuable asset the club made available to our outing. The Pro Shop did offer a discount to all Safari club members. This was a very well organized event and many thanks to all of the Mount Snow personal.
Nice mountain course
Just played this course with the Safari Club last week. What a great mountain course!! The greens rolled nicely, and fairways were in very good shape. There are lots of blind shots typical of a mountain course, so placement is important on most shots. Will definitely play this course again.
A Safari Club Favorite
A beautiful Course for sure. Well maintain awesome views, an excellent Staff. Play it you won't regent for sure.
No course map
Course was very nice, fast greens but you are hitting blind of from almost every tee, so being first time there you have no idea where to aim. They should of map of the hole at the tee box or at least on the score card.
Great Course, Fantastic Scenery
Play with the Safari Club in perfect weather conditions. The course was in remarkable condition in spite of recent heavy rains. The layout is very playable, a few blind shots that take getting used to but go ahead to view before you hit. Only criticism is there was not a view of each hole on a marker near the tee and no course map on the back of the score card so we didn't know the shape of each hole when we teed off. Everything else was excellent. Staff very friendly, beautiful club house. Great bloody marys!
Excellent Course
Played this on Wed. with the Safari Club. From the moment we arrived, we were treated very well. Folks took our clubs to our carts. They had several rangers on the course helping speed up play by assisting on the blind shot holes. Course was in excellent condition in all aspects. Great day all around.
