There driving range is a little pricy but it does have grass instead of those Matts so that's worth the 10dollars per large basket. There golf course is really Beautiful and it was worth the money and the golf carts is Electric not them loud glass carts.the staff are really kind and there isn't really any bad things about the course oh and FYI their greens are super fast. My experience going to the course was really and I'm most likely to come back.

Beautiful well conditioned course. Tough undulating greens but roll true and well maintained. Really enjoyed the scenery and tree lined holes. Highly recommend.

Lots of woods to lose a ball in so a straight drive is rewarded even if not very long.

Very nice public clubhouse restaurant with a good pro shop. Head pro, Bruce Christie is a super instructor. Practice range allows hitting off of real grass turf! Convenient to the Edmunds-Kingston ferry and the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry.

Pace of play was horrible, so check pace of play before you pay.

Most players have to catch the ferry or drive a long way to get to this course. Green fees are on the high side compared to comparable courses within 30-40 minutes drive.

From start to finish was 6hrs 20mins and everyone was in carts. They let a small morning golf tournament hold up the whole course. Don't know if they were squeezed into the morning tee times, but anyone playing after 11am was looking at least a 6 and a half hour round. The course was aware of this and the pro shop nor the starter did not mention the slowdown. We did not see a course marshal till the 14th hole.

The course itself is nice. Restaurant had good food, probably cause we were starving after a long round.

Nice course, excellent shape, great value. Only drawback is having to consider a ferry ride into the cost of playing here.

Good course. Love the layout and design of the course. the 18th hole was a nice signature hole to finish of the day.

This course continues to impress after some well needed changes/improvements. Love it and will be back.

If this course was a little closer to home I would play it at least once a week. Great challenging layout. The golf boards are a must! Very friendly staff.

This course is amazingly playable during the worst of the NW Rain Season! After ~2 inches of rain in 48 hours, only one green in 18 needed to be skipped because of standing water. The best time to golf is when you can. Dress for the weather and enjoy WhiteHorse!

Count on this course ANY time of the year! Dry! No waiting! Happy days!

watch out for the bunkers,rocky beach sand and not much of it.

White Horse is a ways out there for many of us on the Peninsula, but it was worth the hour-long drive to play this course. Really friendly staff from the time we checked in until the 19th hole.

It was extremely foggy when we started playing but once that burned off, it opened up to a really pretty course.

The course was really well-maintained, but they are seeding the fairways so sometimes that was almost like being in a shallow sand trap. That, and the golfers behind us playing into us twice were the only drawbacks of the day. I would definitely play this course again!

Course is tough, Very fun though. Best to play to the yardage and not swing driver all day unless you are a 6 or less. Beautiful course!

Every hole was unique, never running alongside another. Nicely shaped and pleasing to the eye. Really enjoyed this set up - whole course was in terrific shape. Rode a board and that added another element of fun.

White Horse is a great course with very nice staff and facilities. Got a great deal on GolfNow and paired up with some very nice people on the course for an overall enjoyable day. You should go and play there--its worth a cross sound ferry ride or a long drive (for me). The bad stuff--aerated and sanded greens with no warning on GolfNow. They are already tricky and that made them pretty much impossible. VERY SLOW play--seven foursomes of a bachelor party and a foursome of very poor golfers after that. Round was almost five hours. Weather was cool and drizzly--actually OK, except play was slow, so my old muscles didn't want to participate. Course was wet. Grass and sand on the ball for all shots. All that said, you should play the course, just pick a dry day.

Not much to say except this is an excellent course that is well taken care off. The fairways are in good shape and the greens are firm and challenging. Shot placement and approach angles are at a premium here. Putting is fast and true. Their standard rates are a steal for a course this nice. The only down side is having to take the ferry to get there but whenever I head out I just play 36. Personally I enjoy this course more than Salish Cliffs and it is much nicer on the wallet.

One of my favorite courses in Western Washington, we teed off at 0757 on a Saturday morning and outside of a brief wait on hole 12 we didn't stop for a moment. Gorgeous course with enough challenges for everyone and every hole has a different challenge. Course itself was in tip top condition and the greens (as always) were perfect. Consistent speed from green to green, you were rewarded for well hit shots and punished for not so well hit shots

This course had great balance between hard and easier holes and was really fun to play. It is so nice to play golf away from civilization. The course overall was in excellent shape and was a joy to play. I recommend playing this course if you are in the area

We had the whole course to ourselves. In that sense, it was a wonderful round. Every hole is a separate entity - another nice aspect. However, some of the walking required from cart to green was difficult for those of us over 60. Many holes look more daunting than they actually are; if you select the smart club off the tee, there is usually plenty of landing area.
Nobody there to get clubs out of the car or load them on the cart -- thought that was pretty unusual for such a nice place.

What a great course!! I would recommend this course to anyone.

The mosquitos were thick earlier in the morning, but thinned out with our second round (for only $25 and that included a cart).

Green, green, green. Just the way a course should be.
