One of the hardest courses around and she's in prime form now. Greens and fairways are firm and fast, rough is thick and bogeys are everywhere.

Great course layout and conditions! Staff are phenomenal. Only downfall was pace of play caused by a large group in front of us.

Coarse is in great shape. Greens rolling smooth and quick in April is good to see.

Best course for price for a Saturday. Fairway grass need to be shorter. Backed up all the way around so that took away from the round. Course is just tired but can’t complain for the value for Saturday play.

Coarse is in great shape going into the 2026 season. It's going to be a challenge and a half when it gets into the summer season.

Palmer course has good bones and was enjoyable to play despite the cold and breezy conditions. nice layout/design and we will play again. recommended.

Great experience stunning course

Fairways and greens were so consistent and beautiful. Big open fairways.

Beautiful layout with great elevation changes. The greens and fairways were in great shape given the recent drought conditions in the Wheeling area. The greens rolled true and checked up great. The blue tees are really challenging. The pace of play was really slow (5:20 to play 18) due to the course being fully booked on the day I played. Expect a long round but you’ll be able to enjoy it and the beautiful scenery that it offers. The staff was excellent and the drinks and food are really reasonable. Definitely put this on your list of courses to play.

This course is living in the past. They will not improve the course and think that we will come just because of their name. Staff on the course are friendly. Pro and staff inside are pompous jerks. Course needs a lot of work. We came down with 12 golfers and they double booked tee times? We wont be back. BE CAREFUL!

They may be friendly but they need a new grounds crew…..it was atrocious! It’s in as bad if not worse condition than harmony ridge in ambridge!

Course has an amazing layout. It’s a beautiful course and each hole is unique and distinct. Unfortunately this course is full of players with terrible golf etiquette. Pace of play was brutal. Players spend too much time looking for balls. Ten to 15 minutes delays every hole. What makes this course great also makes it unplayable for me. Had a great time really enjoyed my time spent here. If I could get first tee time I’d play it everyday.

I play the Crispin course 2 times a month and was disappointed with the lack of turf around the greens and some bad areas in the fairways. It makes no sense because we have been getting plenty of rain this year
