Very good not great
Course conditions could be better. Course has a significant amount of rogue grasses growing on it.
Rio Mar
The course was a little beat up but playable..the greens could be a little better maintained..

Beautiful Course, Horrible Pace of Play
Fun course with beautiful scenery. Well kept with a semi-challenging layout. Course was well stocked with waters and other amenities, only thing lacking was enforcement on pace of play which really ruined the day for my group and those behind us.
This course is very overpriced
My father and I travel a good bit to golf, and I have to say this is easily one of the worst courses I’ve played condition-wise for how much the round costs for resort guests. The greens were different speeds, the fairways were bare in many spots, and the rough was not nicely maintained, with varying types of grass throughout. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. I just know for $160; I’d never play this course or even try the other ever, especially with a course like Bahia, a short drive away for only about $90 more.
Nice course!
Nice course, a bit short but nice but challenging. I would definitely would play again! Staff, super nice and accommodating.
I do not play in this climate zoe often, but the quality of the grass is really poor.
In addition, a few greens were relocated by a lot and their cart map, hole distance markers, or 18 birdies were not updated. At least they should have warned about that during the check in.
At several holes the cart would not move due to the gps malfunction
The teeoff are had missing color marks
And many other issues that resulted in poor rating
In the midwest, much better quality courses are half the price
Not really an Ocean course
You can’t call it Ocean course and have just one hole by the ocean. And that par 3 just had an ocean view and not on the ocean. And it was cart path only so lots of waking in muddy conditions due to rain earlier in the week. Now that’s okay if the price is reduced but paying $160 per person and then $70 to rent clubs made for a super expensive and super long round of golf
River course
I really enjoyed playing the River course lots of fun holes
Rio mar ocean course
Great experience in PR greens and fairways were in good shape and the layout was very easy to play.
Decent course
The course is OK. It is called Ocean but there is only one hole (#16) next the it.
The greens are very slow, and the fairways and rough were in not so good condition (I do not know it is because of the winter time).
Good course at a reasonable price
Good course, with very slow greens and fairways very dry, I imagine because of the winter conditions.
Staff are friendly and service is good. We got better fees using Golf Now then reserving another round at the club.
Beautiful
Great course! Nice carts.(speakers, gps) greens looked great, nice fairways. Not crowded.
Great course
This course is beautiful, friendly staff but could be less expense
