There are many different exercises that you can explore in the Memory Box to help you with this critical part of your performance routine. For example: Try hitting a putt or shot and take two breaths before making any commentary. Next, practice some positivity bias and say something positive either about the process of your Think Box/Play Box or the outcome. Don't just say it, but feel it, so you can store the positive emotion stronger. The stronger the emotion the stronger it gets stored in the brain.
