I think this video is very misleading. Casting is defined for me as the unhinging of the wrists not lengthening your trail arm. And in all of your shots, you have maintained your wrist hinge.
This, combined with Martin Hall's "Throw a Dart for Longer Drives " video, are great thoughts for transition. Drill that make an instant difference are the gold standard and those two combined did that for me with all clubs in the bag.
Do you recommend that you apply this to hit your irons?
