G'day Don, Thanks for your short exercise suggestions. I bought a kettle weight to use with your previous shoulder stability exercise. I found this easy to do with my dodgy right shoulder then swapped to my supposedly good left shoulder, the weight wobbled more on the left side.
I've used this before not to any number, but it does help. As you get older 75+ every flex idea works
