Great subject! I had the HOLD-OFF prob for years and still fight it every once in a while. I would emphasize the RELEASE (you call it unload). You wrist are relaxed and releasing thru impact. Timing is everything, thats why golf is so hard and pros hit like they do and amateurs hit like they do. Pros timing is exquisite. My grip is lite but controlled, my body moves thru but I think of my wrists as noodles and the club head whips thru impact. Thats where clubhead speed comes from.
In the video you described releasing the wrist. I had previously thought that I was supposed to hold that angle until about hip height. Can you please confirm if that action is “scooping” if done too early and the timing of the wrist release?
