Aimee Cho shares an “Aimeefied” weight-shift timing drill that helps you move pressure forward just before the top of the backswing. It’s a great feel for better sequencing and more accurate approach shots.

That is a good drill, Aimee. Gave a good understanding about weight shift. Thanks
Great drill Aimee, thank you. I really struggle with weight shift because I didn't learn to do it until I had been playing for years. Shifting weight has always felt so awkward since I started trying it. This might help a lot. If you have any other simple drills like this to help me, please let me know.
One way I’ve worked into this drill is by starting with weight on lead foot to get my low point and feet positions tuned in.
I have been struggling with hitting pull shots with about every club. Keeping my weight on my trail side for too long, is most likely the culprit. This is an important part of the swing to master, so thank you.
Its a good drill but hardly yours. Been around forever. Old news.
nice tip on when the shift should start. I'll have to give your drill a try. Thanks
