Working really hard on loading up on my back leg. Any good tips on how to drive in to a steady front leg.
Richard. Please accept my apologies but I'm not sure what your trying to accomplish. Do you want the weight to transfer from your (if you're right handed) right side to your left? If so use this drill to rotate and not slide to the left through impact
Recently bought a bag and was looking for drills that reenforced that hip movement,thanks for this and yes it going to take a couple thousand swings before this becomes muscle memory, again thanks!

I'm 65 years old, have a bad back and full right hip replacement. Can this drill help? I do not have the flexibility any more. but I want too hip better and farther
