Great tips!
Looks like a great drill. Easy, simple progression to get back to making solid contact whenever your full swing has become erratic.
Glad you liked it!
Love this !
Hi Erika
I notice you move your hands forward a little before you start your swing - what's the thinking here please?
Also...just read a book by Ben Hogan (5 essential swing tips) and he suggests having the ball an inch inside your left heel for all clubs - any thoughts on this
Its called a "forward press" and is used by many golfers as a way to get their swings started in motion rather than starting the backswing from a static position. Here is a link to Hogan's ball/stance positioning for all clubs https://www.pinterest.com/pin/362821313712682969/
I have a forward press as my trigger move. There’s lots of different ways to take the car back but I just do that unconsciously!:)
Great stuff as usual, Erika, thank you!
Thank you!
Tips to fly ball higher with middle irons(7&6)?
Great Job. Tied it today
Thanks so much -glad to help!
I appreciate these drills as my swing was off yesterday. I will try these tomorrow and before my round on Tuesday, but my question is can these drills or something similar be used with the driver as well?
These drills are really gonna help you hit more down and threw on the ball so not so much for the driver.
Can you comment on the applicability of these drills to woods and hybrids?
These drills would be primarily for your irons.
Nice Drill. I like the progression. Thanks!
