I have been trying this method and it is helping me not only with swing speed but also better contact. Is this something I can use on the course when driving, or should I only keep it as a drill and try to setup properly and swing from a normal setup when actually at the tee box?
looks like an easy tip to implement and work on to get that feeling of speed in the backswing that i can implement right away any/every time i swing the club. thanks!
