Exactly what the person above asked. I have pins in my hip and a back fusion. Would love to be able to get up top like that though. Stretch daily(have to) but any tips to get a little more out of my rotation?
How about some help for the many of us who aren't, never have been or certainly never will be as flexlible as yourself?
