Daily Video Tips
What do you think about using this as your practice swing before a shot?
Russell I would Practice it on the range, always make your practice swing next to ball of exactly the shot you are about to take. Make sure you touch the ground in the right spot!
Great presentation -- looking forward to trying out the L-3 on the range!
Thank you!
Srixon #1 !!!! Thanks for the training tip.
Enjoy!
I agree with Larry M. I notice that you keep your arms straight, through to 3 o'clock. I tend to either stand up too quickly or have too short of a swing(bring club up too soon)
Hi Gary! Start with little pitch motions and work your way up to longer clubs, start at a speed you can control! Hope this helps!
Hey Michael. Love the drill. Can you give any tips about what to think about as you take the L-3 structure to a full swing? Thanks mate.
Hi Angus, it is just a little more turn in the backswing and a little more follow through. The more you practice it the more you can start to add speed.
Great that is exactly what I need
Thank you Rodney!
Michael, great tip for keeping pure contact. I tried it with short irons 8,9,PW and they worked till go to long irons like 7,6,5. It seems I lose yardage on the long irons. Any suggestion with long irons?
Hi Tri, you will with the length of swing you are taking, it is just a drill. Once you get it down you can make more turn and add speed! Hope this helps.
This is extremely misleading! The guy refers to the chips that take two hops and then stop...and then he talks and demonstrates a chip shot that releases and rolls out. Huge difference!
Thanks for the L3. That relieves the tension in the right hip area. I'll let you know how that works out.
