Pinelands Golf Club

The greens are perfect- fast and firm. You can get Shinnecocked here if you putt it too hard or not hard enough. I wish they had red ,white and blue flags for depth of pin locations.

Course was in great shape, especially the greens. Narrow fairways so need to hit it straight I enjoyed it. I liked the hole in one contest they offer too

(Won’t let me choose a star but it’s 1!!) There were small children riding around in golf carts yelling throughout the front 9. Zero regard for people on tee boxes trying to enjoy a round. Riding up the cart path, not stopping for people teeing off. Why would any self respecting golf course, ranger, starter allow this? Rangers were out, just turning a blind eye, god forbid you get a couple strokes behind.

It has been a long time since I played Pinelands. I was very impressed with the conditions of the greens. Very nice very fast! The fairways were decent and playable. The rough was a little long but also playable. Unfortunately the tee boxes were horrendous. They are definitely a work in progress. Overall a good course for the money that I would recommend.

This place was a hidden gem but the word got out! The course is in great shape and the restaurant/bar is a perfect 19th hole chill spot. Great job by this crew. Well worth it.

Greens, fairways, and rough are phenomenal. Tee boxes were in okay shape but you can tell they’re trying to fix them. $56 on a Saturday afternoon was an absolute steal compared to everywhere else. Only other issue we had was pace of play, my group tends to play fast but there was 3-4 groups in front that were very VERY slow. To the point staff came and apologized and were trying to push the pace. All around a good experience and will be back. Has the potential to be one of the top public courses in south Jersey

Greatly surprised by how good this course was. Never heard much about it. Travel most of NJ and have played most if not all of the most highly touted courses available to the public and quite a few of the private courses.

This course was equal to most or all of the. Great greens rolled true with enough undulations to be tricky but fair but not gimmicky.

Well maintained and by the look of things on the upswept my with more improvements coming.

Friendly staff and enough rangers to make you conscious of your pace of play without them being irritating.

Maybe it lacks a singular great “ signature l” hole but so many solid challenging holes combined with enough the were birdie opportunities making it very memorable day.
