Sun Willows Golf Course

English is not speaking language. I apologies. Golfing is good. Yet I eat the Chile in the golfing restarant and I was keep farting. Very stinky. Please for us make Chile less zesty.

My second favorite course in area (Canyon Lakes much better than the rest, but more $$$). Friendly staff, no stuffiness. Only real downside is the condition of the driving range, it usually is beat to cr*p with little grass remaining to hit off. Better by far than Columbia point and Horn Rapids. I play about 50 rounds a year in area.

I like the course layout and the condition of the course was very good; unfortunately, it is operated very poorly. They do not have enough golf carts for the patrons, there is no on-course Marshall to make sure the pace of play is reasonable, they allow 5-somes and even a few 6-somes play together even on weekends. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the pace of play is a minimum of 5-hours for a round. My round on 6/3/2017 was 5 hours and 15-min. There is no reason for this except the management does not care and allows it.

Our Tee Time was delayed and it appeared they sent off groups every few minutes to try and catch up. We had 4 in our group but followed a fivesome that just did not care about anyone but themselves... very slow round almost 5 hours we finally gave up on the 16th hole and left. Not the first time I have seen multiple fivesomes on the course. Not a good day of golf.

Good but not really challenging. Unfortunately the fairways were being aerated when we played which adversely affected roll and shots from the plug covered surface. Otherwise a good choice for beginner to average golfers.

Course was in good shape though they were aerating the fairways. Greens were a little bumpy from the sanding but had good speed.

I enjoyed the positions of the hazards they definitely influence your tee shot and make you think about course management...overall a nice course and the greens appear to be pretty good, although I played in late winter when it's hard to judge

The greens were in the best shape i have ever seen them and over all the course was in great shape outstanding

A fine course I fist started playing a decade ago, at first I thought the course was a little plain , but not sure why as the hole are well layed out quite varied in distance and challenge, greens are in super condition, water and traps come into play on many holes, nice elevation changes trees, its got it all, the course has grown on me and the staff if very friendly a fine course that I play regularly now.

We played early and it was a good day. Our group played about as fast as we could but were never hurried.

All around nice experience. Very nice public golf.

Course was in great shape. The greens were very smooth, moderately fast. I play this course several time each year.

Had a great round, the staff were friendly and the pace was excellent - 3.5 hrs for 18. Will play here again for sure.

Got 18 holes for my son and I with a cart for $25 each. We arrived early and they were running behind wrapping up a scramble. The pro shop gave us a bucket of balls for our wait. The guys in the pro shop were great. I really like where the location of the driving range. We were paired up with couple nice guys and enjoyed the entire course. I'm not a great golfer and my son is 7. This is a long course compared to what I'm used to but it was great fun! Would certainly recommend.

A little noisy since it is located with an airport nearby and with a busy highway next to a few holes, but greens and fairways were in good shape and we enjoyed a nice round of golf in just over 3 hours. I believe, though, that it normally takes a little longer but we played in the mid-afternoon when fewer people were playing. I will definitely play there again.

This is one of my favorite courses to play in the Tri-Cities it's challenging to me a all-around good maintained course.

Play here! Great course for all skill levels. Will challenge an advanced golfer and forgive a beginner. Love me some Sun Willows.

Sun willows is a popular course located next to the freeway and airport. Large trees line the fairways, large for a desert course, some ponds and greenside bunkers add a challenge here and there, decent elevation changes and a few reachable par 5s for the longer hitters. They keep the course playable year round greens roll fairly well and are a decent size. A goos local course.

The course was in very good condition and has not yet dried out due to our cool Spring. I had a 1:30 p.m. tee time and was expecting a log-jam at the 1st hole tee-blocks but to my surprise it was not bottled up. I walked along side a 2-sum in a cart and we maintained a good steady pace around the course with only having to wait on a couple of holes (nice)! This is not normally the case at this course when the weather is good.
