Located 2.5 hours west of Paris, the Golf de Clécy estate offers both golfers and non-golfers a true haven of peace. The 18-hole course, designed in 1988 by Bill Backer, provides stunning views of the Suisse Normande region. This technical, wooded, and hilly course offers two alternatives starting from tee number 9: the Cabri Course, Par 72, measuring 5,859 meters, and the Chamois Course, Par 73, measuring 6,106 meters.

The charming golf club that is Golf de Clécy, also offers 19 rooms in a 3-star hotel on-site, with refined and flavorful cuisine made from fresh, seasonal ingredients served throughout the year. Looking for a break? The Golf de Clécy features a relaxation area (Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna) open every day from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, with the option of booking various treatments (facial treatments, massages, Décleor products, hammam rituals, etc.).

It is an ideal site to relax in harmony with nature.

First Time Playing

mixed feelings

played for the first time at Clecy. Course was very very dry and not ooking its best at all. I understand the hot weather we have had so understandable ( however other courses nearby were looking much better) Views are stunning and course is a good challenge.

We were the only ones on course. We played 9 holes but could only putt on 7 as the hose pipes and sprinklers were still on the greens! The greenkeeper even passed us on the course 3 times so knew we were there and where we were. The one hole that had them on, I could see the greenkeeper by the next green, I called over numerous times on our approach but he did not respond, As we left the that hole, he came over and I tried to speak to him about it but he just stood facing me under the sprinkler and didnt speak! very strange.

I wemt to the clubhouse afterwards to express my concerns but no one was around?.

I would potentially try the course again but would take a drive to look first before spending €30 on 9 holes. (on my experience I would have not paid more than €15, infact I believe a refund should have been offered in some way - had there been anyone to.speak to!
