Bella Vista Country Club - Brittany Executive Course

Where to begin. The fairway grass terrible. Thin and patchy! I’ve played at courses that run thru a Neighborhood before but not one like this. There were parking lots and house right up the fairway. The lay out made no sense at all!

Nice enough course for $25. Mix of Par 3’s / Par 4’s. Fairways were pretty solid. A lot of them tilted so even good drives roll past cart path or into rough. Greens were nice. Easy opportunity to hit a house so decent ball control is important.

Great 9 hole course. It was hot outside but the pace of play was descent.

This course had a few par 4s and was well-conditioned, except for a couple of the holes, which looked a little rough around the edges and may have prevented some putts from dropping. Overall though, for a quick nine with some challenging holes, Brittany fits the bill.

Good greens and fairways, short little course. Used this as a place to take my 91 year old grand father for 9. Nice practice course or warm up.
