Great shape!
Golf course is in really good condition! Greens a tad slow, but very playable . Really fun course to play!
Easy BreeseWood
One of the easiest courses in the bella vista lineup bit you can get done in 3.5hrs. Nice greens, wide open fairways. You can hit an accidental shot off the tee and still be OK. Overall I like playing here for $30 a round.

Great course. Has some challenging holes and the scenery is gorgeous.
Great public course
This course is a great public course for all experience levels. The way they arrange tee boxes allows you to up/lower the difficulty of the course based on playing level.
Only Thing Slower Than Greens Was Pace of Play
Headed out to Kingswood for a mid-afternoon teetime on a Thursday. Even during a weekday, midday, the pace of play was abismal. The first two groups let me play through just fine, but then I hit a 5-hole backup that had people waiting on tees, with the next group waiting on them. A 6200 yard course (from the tips) with relatively little trouble shouldn't take longer than 4 hours to play, even on a windy day.
The course staff are awesome though, and even though the restaurant next door isn't great, the staff there are also super friendly. Course conditions were fine for this late in the season, but the greens were extrordinarily slow.
Overall, decent little course with friendly staff that almost make up for really slow greens and a super slow pace relative to the length/difficulty of the course. I probably won't play it again anytime soon given the huge variety of courses in the area.
Club house staff = platinum customer service
The staff on site were so helpful, and kind. I’d never played this BV course being that it’s private and they guided us through the process with smiles and helpful tips on the course path and amenities along the way. Beautiful day on a beautiful course, and I’d be delighted to return. Played 10/30 and the greens were prime.
The course to ourselves
Because it was really windy there weren't many people out this afternoon. We played in 3.5 hours without trying. The greens were really good, and we had a really good time. The staff we encountered were very nice.
A great day.
to many player with radio's in their cart, very noisey
Play was fine, but we had another twosome play with us and they had a radio in their golf cart and it was very distracting and another foursome was behind us and they had music in their cart and it was just as loud and distracting. I don't know, but I've been playing for over 43 years and have never had radio's on the course blaring. I feel that the pro shop and the cart shop should check this out and not allow such distraction. This is the second time I've played this course but I doubt if I'll play again due to radio's in carts allowed.
